MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in partnership with Philippine Normal University (PNU) launched the CHED SHS Teach Together portal which aims to put together teaching materials for Senior High School (SHS).
The website is a free portal for SHS teachers who are teaching core, STEM and ABM subjects. The website is part of CHED’s efforts to provide assistance in the implementation of SHS. One of its main goals is to ensure quality of teaching amidst varying context, locations and experience of teachers nationwide.
Teaching Guides. At this section, teachers can enhance their teaching with activities and resources ready to be used in the classroom.
Lecture Videos. Instructors can watch master teachers from higher education perform lectures and activities.
Forums. Teachers can ask fellow educators about tips from fellow educators about teaching strategies, references, tools and more.
Sign Up. Teacher has to provide his/her last name, firstname, school, email address and password, subjects taught and levels taught.
