whoever enacted this whole CPD units requirement into law is bull..your squeezing every centavo to all Filipino workers who are paid measly..imagine 1,000 pesos to be equivalent to just 4 units in a seminar that can only cater to limited slots how can that accomadate to thousands of professionals?.. instead of saving this money and using it for daily expenses we are subjected to a burden of payment to our already hard-earned license..i just hoped that this was well though about before it was put into law..this is not to educate professionals but is making the already poor Filipino workers even poorer

There should be a CATEGORY in CPD requirements ,those newly registered and with more than 10 years of experienced. CPD on my opinion must be given FREE OF CHARGE to all Registered professional since we are already paying in our Annual Dues,Chapter Dues and PRC renewal to include Sedula and PTR payment together with quarterly and yearly taxation. What is happening in this government? you strive hard to study and to passed in Government Examination for the ID's is not so easy and cost you a lot of money and sacrifices, now that you overcome these hassles …. then there you go … you are asking that CPD is a passport to renew our PRC ID " NASAAN NAMAN ANG PUSO NYO at MATALINONG KAISIPAN????

I agree with everone's sentiments. Salary in the Philippines is so low, now I have to save for a convention in Tagaytay, considering Im from Iligan City, im saving every penny to attend seminars and conventions just to get 45 points. So disheartening! Good that im single, what if i have a family to feed?!

  • Unknown Jul 12, 2017 @ 8:56

Pano nmn kmi dito s abroad.sana nmn me consideration. Pinghirapn din nmin pag kuha ng license.

  • zeldom Jul 17, 2017 @ 15:26

  • Anonymous Jul 21, 2017 @ 11:49

pag marami na ang nagooffer nang CPD Seminars, bababa na ung seminar fees and it will enhance our professional skills and knowledge continuously dahil mas accessible na ung mga seminars na needed natin for this changing era. Mas pahahalagahan na ang mga Professional and in due time I wish…. wala nang magooffer nang free of charge Professional Fee dahil may required CPD na. Hopefully positive ang maging outcome and not a waste of money and mga CPD providers lang ang kumita, hopefully may supporting activities for this transition years.

  • Simplify Jul 21, 2017 @ 11:56

  • Anonymous Jul 29, 2017 @ 11:48

Can I renew my license this coming Sept kahit August 2018 pa expiration? And no need cpd units PO d ba?

  • Anonymous Aug 4, 2017 @ 2:09

In the first place, implementation of this CPD IRR should be after 3 years upon its publication. Please think about it.

  • Unknown Aug 11, 2017 @ 6:55

Philippines is not ready for this CPD. Please, we are not guinea pigs.

  • Anonymous Aug 16, 2017 @ 6:08

If you implement the CPD system and give a burden to license professional, load a lot burden who those who are practicing profession without license. Cleanse and heavily-penalized industries that accept under-qualified (no professional ID) and unqualified personnel that takes on job for professionals. Then, the demand for true professionals will be high and we can take pay increase on this. PRC and the government is not protecting the interest of the true professionals. In exchange to CPD system, protect the professionals from the competition against no-license people. Those no-license do not renew licenses and does not go through CPD system. If you do not protect licensed professionals, people will opt not to take board exam because they can work as "professional" but without the burden of CPD system.

Mahirap po sa part naming indi naman nagagamit ang aming propesyon to renew license with cpd units, ang laki na po ng tulong samin na after 3 years go to PRC and renew our license and we don't need to submit any units from seminars/ trainings.

  • Anonymous Aug 25, 2017 @ 8:53

unfair po ito para sa mga license midwives and nurses na nag work as a clerk or a partime job only or they did'nt use their professional license, aabsent pa po sa office/ work just to attend seminars to earn cpd units. Karamihan po kasi sa ka batch kong nag graduate,, imbes na sa clinic or hospital sila mag work as a registered nurse or midwifes , andun po sila sa office they do paper works just to earn for their family.

  • Unknown Sep 22, 2017 @ 9:03

…dahil ba di makapag.comply sa CPD requirements ay kakalimutan na ang lahat ng aming mga paghihirap at pagtitiyaga upang mapasama sa roll ng registered professionals; alam ba nila kung gaanong paghihirap at pasanain ito ng mga magulang makapag.aral lang at maging professional ang mga anak…nasaan ang hustisya? kung nais i-upgrade ng government ang competency among professionals they have to start revising the school curriculum and sponsor programs at the government expense—para may pakinabang naman don sa mga buwis na ibinabayad ng mga professionals…

  • someone Oct 16, 2017 @ 9:29
