The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, April 22, 2024, that 1,337 out of 1,758 (76.05%) examinees passed the April 2024 Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (REBLE).
The results were released two (2) working days after the licensure exams.

List of Topnotchers
John Joseph Zosa Kagatan from the University of Mindanao – Davao City was the topnotcher having a 92.25% rating, followed by Zheerex Faron Villero from the University of Cebu with 91.75%.

The April 2024 REBLE was administered by the Board of Real Estate Service headed by Ofelia C. Binag, Chairman, and members Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar Torres-Banaag.
The board exam was held on April 18 at PRC testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Legazpi and Tacloban.
Top Performing Schools
As per the Commission’s Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, the top-performing schools in the April 2024 REBLE are Information and Communication Technology Academy and University of Cebu.
Information and Communication Technology Academy’s overall passing rate was 94.83%, or 55 out of 58 examinees passed.
Meanwhile, the University of Cebu got a passing percentage of 80.95%, with 68 out of 84 examinees passing the April 2024 PHLE.

Professional ID and Certificate of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath Taking
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
You may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
April 2023 REBLE Results
The April 2024 REBLE results are slightly higher than the November 2023 licensure exams.
During the last year REBLE, PRC announced a 43.75% overall passing percentage. 581 out of 1,328 passed the exams, while in April 2024, the overall passing rate was 76.05%.
