DEPED SHS K-12 Hotline, Email, Contact Info for Opening of Classes 2016

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Education (DepEd) Senior High School (SHS) K-12 hotline is now fully available for all public concerns related to the incoming SHS program.

Other contact information has also been provided by DepEd for easy access to confusions regarding the opening of classes and other related concerns on Monday, June 13, 2016.

According to DepEd, the hotline has already started its operations last May 23, 2016 and has already received large number of queries concerning school permits, payments, school hiring, textbooks and process and requirements for enrollment.

The SNS hotline program is in partnership with IBEX Global solutions, a company that also sponsors DepEd IT infrastructure for free.

As quoted from Education Secretary Armin A. Luistro,

“This is part of our strong partnership with the private sector which wishes for the successful implementation of the K to 12 program”

The Department of Education is very responsive on the incoming queries from the public. Questions were carefully read, analyzed and answered by the employees from the Central and Field offices of DepEd.

The SHS has already received and answered more than a thousand emails and calls combined, DepEd said.

Most of the questions answered were about the Senior High School Voucher Program. The government financial subsidy program for all incoming Grade 11 students.

    gud pm we would like to follow uo our application on senior high were from (fdsa) flight dynamics school of aeronautics lapu lapu city cebu,we need an update in our applicaton for shs we have submitted the requires papers in pasig and region,as of now we dont recieve an update/info on it thanks

    To whom it may concern,
    Good day po mam/sir magkano po ba ang dapat ibayad nmn sa moving up? Kasi po pinagbabayad po kami ng 1,800.00 ng PIMSAT COLLEGES SAN CÀRLOS CITY ,PANGASINAN. ang grade 7 po ba mam/sir require po bang magbayad? Pwede po bang gumawa ng sariling policy ang private school na hindi dumaan sa higher educ.Iniinsist at nasa policy daw po nila na dapat nmn bayaran bago pirmahan ng accouting dept. at ng oic ang clearance ng mga anak nmn.sana matulongan nyo po ako kasi ayaw po nilang ibigay ang card ng mga bata.
    Pls bigyn nyo po ng action itong problema nmn kasi yearly po silang naniningil ng ganitong halaga at ginagamit nila ang " moving up". Thank you po.

    Gd pm po ask ko lang po kung allow ba ang isang oic na magpamasahe sa isang student dagdag grade daw.
