    Question #8

Cumulative learning theory arranged by order

    1 discrimination learning
    2 concrete concept learning
    3 rules learning
    4 problem solving
So yung answer a item#8 ay wala ing sagot dun. Tama po ba?

    • Anonymous Aug 25, 2017 @ 13:54

I believe you are correct. I searched for it and found out that it really begins with signal learning and ends with problem-solving. Based on the options, the order should be disc. Concept. Rule. Prob.

  • Unknown Aug 14, 2017 @ 1:27

I mean Drive Theory po pala tsaka Expectancy.

    • laalaalang Jan 16, 2018 @ 2:59

      i agree with this

    • Unknown Feb 17, 2018 @ 7:08

For me po, the reason why Expectancies & Values Theory Theory ang sagot is because yung problem po ay nagpapakita ng dalawang behavior.

According to expectancy-value theory, behavior is a function of the expectancies one has and the value of the goal toward which one is working. Such an approach predicts that, when more than one behavior is possible, the behavior chosen will be the one with the largest combination of expected success and value.

    3-4-2-1

    discrimination
    concept
    rule
    problem

  • Anonymous Jan 14, 2018 @ 12:36

bakit po A ang sagot sa number 3? Hindi ba dapat letter C kasi UCS + CS = (CR) conditioned response meaning desired response??

    • Anonymous Apr 17, 2018 @ 8:11

Pero kapag NS + UCS, doon pa lang nagmabubuo yung CS which results to CR.

    #22 shouldn't it be "A"
the teacher didn't give a more challenging task, the task was simply varied

    22. Instead of asking her students to write about their reaction to a story, the teacher asked her students to interpret the story in dance form. What principle of learning is considered?
    a. Concepts should be presented in varied and different ways
    b. Effort if put forth when tasks are challenging
    c. Learning by doing is more effective than just sitting and listening
    d. Learning is aided by formulating and asking questions

      definitely agree with you Ma'am.

    • Unknown Feb 10, 2021 @ 1:30

Sa akin C ang isasagot ko dito

  • Unknown Sep 11, 2018 @ 4:48

    • Unknown Oct 15, 2019 @ 16:32

Same thoughts and we are correct

  • Anonymous Sep 12, 2018 @ 21:07

si #11 ay dapat drive theory.

  • Unknown Apr 27, 2019 @ 11:40

#3 should be letter b, cs and ns to produce cr. In pavlov experiment, the ns or natural stimulus is the food. The cs or conditioned stimulus is the ringing of the bel. If the food and ringing of the bel is repeatedly presented to dog together , the dog will salivate when presented only the bel.thst salivation with just a bel is cr or conditioned response

    • Anonymous Jul 20, 2020 @ 10:21

I think the correct answer is A.

Let us revisit the dog experiment.

Before the conditioning, the unconditioned stimulus (food) produces an unconditioned response (salivation), while the neutral stimulus (bell) produces the neutral response (no response).

During the conditioning, the unconditioned stimulus is paired with neutral stimulus (food + bell) in order to produce an unconditioned response (salivation), which is the desired response.

This is continuously rehearsed until the dog will learn to produce the conditioned response (salivation) from the conditioned stimulus (bell).

  • Unknown Jul 28, 2019 @ 8:19

#24 the answer should be "A" right?

  • Unknown Jan 29, 2021 @ 2:34

    yes

Aren’t the questions and answers taken from Carl Balita Review Center? There is a disclaimer here, perhaps the center could be asked re correct answers before posting because there are many who are confused or have conflicting answers. Or simply say something like, “the answers have been confirmed by the source” to appease readers/reviewees. Some comments, especially correct ones, could damage the reputation of the converned review center.

Dapat Law of Exercise kasi strenghten connection.

  • Anonymous Jul 15, 2023 @ 14:07

According to Thorndike, what law states that the strength of a connection is influenced by the consequences of the response?

It said being influenced…which mean that there is the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself: reason why it was LAW OF EFFECT instead of law of exercise.
