#WalangPasok: Class Suspensions on July 27, 2018 (Friday)

MANILA, Philippines – Class suspensions on Friday, July 27, 2018 are announced at certain areas by Local Government Units (LGUs) due to bad weather conditions brought by Southwest Monsoon or “Habagat” resulting to flooding.

Cancellation of classes for colleges and universities will be at discretion of school officials/ administrators.

PAGASA WEATHER UPDATE

According to PAGASA weather update issued at 4:00 AM today, 26 July 2018.

As of today, there is no Tropical Cyclone within Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Southwest Monsoon affecting western section of Luzon and Visayas.   

Tropical Storm “Jongdari” is now located 1,640 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (Outside PAR) has maximum sustain winds of 90 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 115 kph.

Bataan, Zambales, Northern Palawan, Mindoro provinces and Western Visayas will experiencec loudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to southwest monsoon.
