  2. Hi, is it true that PRC will be releasing calculators with a seal to prevent any modifications? If so, when and how will we be able to purchase it

  3. Maam/Sir

  4. Hope this release of notice be enacted for the next year board exam not prior to this immediate upcoming exam. Most are not ready.

1 month notice before the enactment? October 7, 2019 PRC released the notice and will be applied to this upcoming November 2019 Civil engineering exam.

Hope ypu could consider the examinees situation. Such short time to practice those calculators and some have no calculator kasi Now, some of those calculators are face out in Philippines. You need po to consider this issue. Hope PRC amend that notice. I believe all government office acts upon what's best for all. Thanks and more powers.

  5. Why don't the PRC just supply the calculator units during the exam to prevent cheating? The use of calculators are a must during the exam not because of the lack of competency of the examinees but due to the length of coverage of the exam and time limit imposed by the PRC. If there are no time limit during the exam even an examinee with a slide rule can finish the test.

  6. Ang labo niyo where are the PROPER ANNOUNCEMENTS AND GUIDELINES ?! ARE THE CALCULATORS ALLOWED THE ONES THAT ARE SEALED BY PRC AND WHERE DO WE GET THEM ?! MOVE THE SCHEDULE IT'S SIMPLY NOT FAIR MAKING US ALL ANXIOUS AND HARD FOR US TO GET THE CALCULATORS IF YOU PLAN ON STICKING WITH THESE MODELS!

  7. all calculators allowed in the exam are all sold!!! how can we take the exam??

    ReplyDelete
  8. Out of stock na allowed calculators

    ReplyDelete
  9. 991 es at 991 es plus lang ? So meaning may chance pa ba ang 570 es plus ?

    ReplyDelete
  10. As if banning 991 and 570 will really help to improve the passing rates. Try improving your security, instead of banning and downgrading the calcu models.

  11. PRC talaga mukang pera, baka may commission kayo niyan sa mga calcu company Brand.

  12. Kung gusto may paraan, cheaters will always find a way.Next time Yung board exam narin Yung e ban niyo.

  13. Dear PRC,
    Bakit kayo CRAB mentality. Please take note the following;
    1. In other countries, inde nila pinapahirapan after gradution ang mga CE. Yung iba ngang country at the age of 23 may Masters na. dito patagalan pa.
    2. Kung ung demand ng work for CE s pinas ang iniisip nyo kya mostly ni lilimit nyu lng sa 20-30% ang passing rate, wag nyu na poblemahin yun kc ung engr na bhala doon, xmpre kpg graduate ka at pass k s prc mas mrami opportunity lalo n s abroad.
    3. S abroad, mas need nla yung equivalency kesa s PRC kasi inde nmn tau dati K-12, ngaun n lng, unlike ng mga ibang countries n kpg CE na madali cla mkpg member s mga government certificate.
    4. May mga inde nga licensed na CE dito sa atin s pinas na member na halos ng lhat ng institution (PMP, RMP, CCE, ACI, etc..) pero ang PRC ang damot2.
5.So dati nung mano2 eh ilang questions ba? 10 with solns ata db.. now ginawang 30 questions s computerized (shading na). tpos 30 question p rin ng ilang taon (start ng Shift Solve), tpos nung alam nla na nag eevolve ang calcu e ginawa nilang 100 questions. so ngaun alam nila na nag aadvance din ang mga tao dpat accepted nla na mas mppdali ang buhay ng mag eexam kc advance n cla. kumbaga from nokia 3310 e Iphone 11 pro max na.. bakit lahat ba kaya nila o alam ang shift Solve o mode 32 etc.. xmpre nasa s tao rin yun if san xa comfortable. ang mahalaga e naipasa nya.
6.Now, if i da down grade nyu yan kc bkit cheating? so, dapat re-take o revoke lahat license cmula nung ipagamit ang may Shift Solve na calcu.if inde so dapat as is na kc paurong nmn kau eh.. if pinagamit nyu ang 991 o 570 casio, wag nyu na bawiin.
    7. Isipin nyu sa 100 questions, dapat ilan ba 3 mins/ques.. hello??? so ibalik nyu n lng sa 30 Questions ulit o kya 10 questions show solns. baka pumayag p cla.
    8. and lastly, bago pg may changes dapat may notice kayu ng 1 yr inde yung agad2 kung kelan nyu lng gusto. bka one day pikit mata n lng sa pag solve ang mga CE takers nian..
    9. BITTER KAU PRC...

  15. Hello po ask ko lang po pde na po ba ung fx350esplus ng casio?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Out of stock na ung fx350ex.. PRC pls do something..panu kung wala na kmi mabili ng nsa list that u require... Makakakuha pb kami bd exam on that day???

    ReplyDelete
  17. Bakit Po may papel na list of valid calculators kayo na nilabas at kabilang don Ang 350 es plus at 82 ES plus? Ano po Yun? At bakit Wala Dyan.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  19. Wala naman mabilhan ng mga required na calculators sa list either out of stock or as in wala talaga sila.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Pwede na ba talaga ang 570es plus?
Gusto ko lang ipaclarify. May umiikot kasing balita.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hindi ko nga alam kung totoo yon

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  25. Ano ba talaga ang totoo. Sinasayang nyu pera namen kung sana all may pambili..

    ReplyDelete
  29. May connivance ata ang PRC at calculator companies. Tsk.
