LIST OF PASSERS: November 2019 Criminology CLE Board Exam Results

MANILA, Philippines (RELEASED JANUARY 8, 2020) – The November – December 2019 Criminology board exam result or the Criminologist Licensure Exam (CLE) list of passers, top 10 examinees, top performing schools and performance of schools are available at this website as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially releases the results online twenty-two (22) working days after the board examinations.

As announced, 19,191 out of 43,512 successfully passed the exams.

“The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.”

The November 2019 CLE were administered by PRC Board of Criminology headed by its Chairman, Hon. Ramil G. Gabao and its members, Hon. George O. Fernandez and Hon. Ruben A. Sta. Teresa on November 29-30 and December 1, 2019.

NOVEMBER 2019 CLE CRIMINOLOGY RESULTS SUMMARY

The November 2019 Board Licensure Exam for Criminologists were conducted at testing centers located in Manila, Antique, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Legazpi, Lucena, Occidental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.


RELEASE OF RESULTS

According to the Commission’s Resolution No. 1127 s. 2018 entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2019”, the target release date of Criminology/ CLE result November & December 2019 will be on January 8, 2020 or twenty-two (22) working days after the board exams. However, this may also be out earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.

In the most recent Criminology board exams conducted last June 2019, results were out after thirteen (13) working days while during December 2018, results were published after fifteen (15) working days.

WHEN IS THE EXACT TIME OF RELEASE

As to the exact time of release of CLE November 2019 result, nobody can specify as PRC is only disclosing the target release date as mentioned. Meanwhile, based from previous releases of CLE exams since 2016, results were released during afternoon time up until midnight. Refresh this page for the latest updates.


REGISTRATION

The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be announced by PRC along with official list of passers.

PRC is strictly implementing the online registration system for all passers effective March 30, 2016. Initial registrants are advised to register online via http://online.prc.gov.ph/, an online application and registration portal of PRC.

Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope

PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

COVERAGE OF EXAMS

The November 2019 CLE covered the following topics:

  • Criminal Jurisprudence, Procedure And Evidence (criminal law book I, criminal law book II; criminal procedure, evidence and court testimony)
  • Law Enforcement Administration (police organization and administration with police planning, industrial security administration, police patrol operations with police communication system, police intelligence, police personnel and records management, comparative police system) 
  • Criminalistics (personal identification, police photography, forensic ballistics, questioned documents examination, polygraph — lie detection, legal medicine)
  • Crime Detection And Investigation (fundamentals of criminal investigation, traffic management and accident investigation, special crime investigation, organized crime investigation, drug education and vice control , fire technology and arson investigation)
  • Sociology of Crimes and Ethics (introduction to criminology and psychology of crimes, Philippine criminal justice system, ethics and values, juvenile delinquency, human behavior and crisis management and criminological research and statistics)
  • Correctional  Administration (institutional corrections, non institutional corrections)

PREVIOUS EXAMS

CLE is one of the the programs with most number of examinees being administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.

In the recent Criminology board exams conducted on June 2019, 7,998 out of 20,797 (38.46%) examinees passed. John Bonrev Roi Villasin Rodas from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation – Lucena City ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 90.50% followed by Alben Deposa Ponso from Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology having 90.10% and Rosanie Galve Bulacja from Bago City College garnering 89.95%. University of the Cordilleras (UC) was the top performing school having all of its examinees passed followed by Lipa City Colleges having 87.27% overall passing rate.

During December 2018 CLE, 14,324 out of 41,341 (34.65%) examinees passed. Ella Jeanne Chavez Salvador from Unibersidad de Zamboanga ranked first in the exams followed by Christine Joy Sudla Miranda from Araullo University having 90.90% and Philip Dominic Moreno Pendang from University of Mindanao – Davao City having 90.65%. Tarlac State University was the top performing school having 98.25% followed by King’s College of the Philippines Bambang Inc. having 96.23% and Cavite State University having 95.38%.

In June 2018 exams, 7,307 out of 21,894 (33.37%) examinees passed. Hana Jane Baritogo Franco from University of Mindanao – Digos College ranked first garnering a rating of 90.90% followed by Michelle Binosa Isaloc Langamon from University of Mindanao – Tagum having 89.75% and Eddie Glendo Caling Encarnacion from Pagadian Capitol College, Inc. having 89.00%. University of the Cordilleras was the top performing school having 98.02% overall passing rate followed by Universidad de Manila having 87.80%.

On CLE December 2017, 13,025 out of 36,516 (35.67%) examinees passed. John Denvert Rule Sanora from Davao Central College ranked first in the exams garnering 89.50% rating followed by Kimberly Baraquia Clavera from Suntan Kudarat State University – Tacurong having 89.20%. In the top performing schools, Tarlac State University ranked first having 98.21% rating followed by the University of the Cordilleras having 96.77%.

During the June 2017 Criminology board exams, 5,202 out of 20,819 (24.99%) examinees successfully passed. Gander Suello Quillip from University of Mindanao – Digos College clinched the top spot having 88.40% rating followed by Matthew Tobias Solomon from ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc. garnering 88.35%. UC got the top spot in the top performing schools’ list having 95.88% overall passing rate followed by Lipa City Colleges having 91.18%.

On October 2016 CLE, 10,901 out of 34,768 (31.35%) examinees passed. Christine Joy Almano Capalar from Sultan Kudarat State University – Tacurong ranked first in the exams garnering 91.55% rating followed by Genzy Pastolero Llorito also from the same university having 90.85%. UC ranked first in the top performing schools’ list having 95.16% overall passing rate followed by King’s College of the Philippines Inc. having 88.57%.

During April 2016 CLE, 3,928 out of 16,435 (23.90%) passed the exams. Jared John Francisco Adolfo from University of Mindanao – Tagum ranked first in the exams garnering 88.15% rating. He was followed by Harold Tubongbanua Sarita from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas having 88.00% and Jonathan Apolog Langbayan from Mountain Province State Polytechnic College Bontoc having 87.90% rating. UC ranked first in the list of top performing schools having 98.13% overall passing rate followed by Lipa City Colleges with 91.94%.

VERIFICATION OF RATING

Successful PRC CLE passers November 2019 can refer to the official website and use the LERIS Verification Page to know their board examination rating. This usually comes few days after the posting of results. As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name and the birth-date.
