DETAILS: July & August 2020 Special Professional Licensure Exams (SPLE) in Middle East and Singapore

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the details and application schedule of the 2020 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) formerly known as SPLBE for countries in the Middle East and Asia (Singapore) for the year 2020.

As posted, the 2020 SPLE will be conducted on July 31 and August 1 & 2, 2020 in testing centers in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, KSA; Doha, Qatar; Jeddah, KSA;        Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain; Riyadh, KSA and Singapore.

PRC announced that the commission will administer SPLE of the following programs.

  • Architects
  • Certified Public  Accountants
  • Chemical Engineers
  • Civil Engineers
  • Dentists
  • Electronics Engineers
  • Electronics Technicians
  • Environmental Planners
  • Geodetic Engineers
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Certified Plant Mechanics
  • Master Plumbers
  • Midwives
  • Nurses
  • Physical Therapists
  • Professional Teachers
  • Psychologists
  • Psychometrician
  • Registered Electrical Engineers
  • Registered Master Electrician
  • Radiologic Technologists
  • X-Ray Technologists
  • Respiratory Therapists
  • Veterinarians


SPLE 2020 APPLICATION SCHEDULE

PRC said that interested applicants shall apply online via SPLE Online Licensure Exam and Registration System.

Upon completion of online application, the applicant shall submit the photocopies of basic and specific requirements together with printed and signed application form at Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO) on or before May 1, 2020 (deadline). POLO will then submit the pre-qualified applicants to PRC on or before May 8, 2020. The list of conditionally approved applicants will be posted at PRC official website which shall then be forwarded to the eight (8)testing locations.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Printed and signed online application form.
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records with or without scanned picture
  • Photocopy of valid passport
  • Two (2) pieces of passport size picture with complete nametag and white background

Original copies of the documents mentioned above shall be presented by the examinee and will be validated by PRC SPLE team on respective venue of assignment.

ADDITIONAL SPECIFIC ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

Aside from the basic requirements posted above, these specific documents required by each regulatory boards shall be secured by the applicant, courtesy of the Professional Regulation Commission.

    Just want to ask if the SPLE is for the person who didn't pass the board exam in Philippine? Thank you for the reply.

    Because i want to take board exam while working abroad.

      Tama ka po ate para po daw yan sa mga hnd nkpasa sa board exam sa pilipinas. Ako nga din magtatake din eh kaso noong araw ng filing eh sarado nmn ang polo dto sa qatar noong May 1 ang last filing. kaya nga ito nag aabang abang ulit ako kng kailan ulit ang filing.

        Hello. Sorry curious lang po. If naipasa po ba ang SPLE considered licensed ka na rin ba sa Qatar? Magagamit mo po ba lisensya mo sa Qatar? For accountancy po kasi I’m under the impression na yung lisensya is valid lang for PH and other ASEAN countries.
