NAPOLCOM Online Registration 2022, OLEASS Application April 2022

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) announced the schedule of the April 2022 NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam online registration/ application through OLEASS.

The NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance exams will be held on April 9, 2022 while the period of the Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) will be available by February 14-18, 2022. The application is segregated to the following dates to avoid overwhelming the system. It will be available every 12:00 noon through the www.oleass-napolcom.com.

The period of filing of application for those with confirmed appointment will start on February 21 to March 14, 2022.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Regional Offices might limit the number of examinees to be accommodated. NAPOLCOM may also cancel the exams if the situation allows.

How to secure appointment for April 2022 NAPOLCOM exam application?

To apply for the 2022 NAPOLCOM entrance exam, the examinee must visit the NAPOLCOM official website and refer to the Online Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to schedule an appointment. Fill these required information:

• Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Extension
• Email Address
• Contact No./ Cellphone No.
• Date of Birth
• Sex

Additional mandatory fields are the following:

• Place of Birth
• Highest Educational Attainment
• Year Graduated
• College/ University
• Permanent Mailing Address
• Zip Code

Submit the application once done. Print the confirmation letter reflecting the applicant’s examination center, title of exam, schedule, reference number and place of processing. An auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant containing the link to enter all required information. This will be presented to the Regional Office on the date of scheduled appointment along with confirmation schedule.

Applicant may wish to take his/her exam at any examination center regardless of place of residence.

Who can apply for 2022 NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam?

The PNP Entrance exam is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age and educational requirements. Here are the basic requirements:

• Civilian – not more than 30 years old and at least Bachelor’s degree holder
• Patrolman/Patrolwoman (Temporary) – no age requirement and at least Bachelor’s degree holder

Filing of Application

1. Secure a printed copy of the online generated confirmation letter with reference number.
2. Accomplish the (PNP Entrance Application Form PAS-QFM-QOP15-01) and index card. This is available in their official website or at NAPOLCOM’s Regional Office.

3. 2 recent 1×1 ID photos with white background and name tag (indicate the rank before the first, middle and last names, if PNP member).
4. One legal size window envelope with mailing stamp.
5. Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) with Special Order (SO) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
6. PSA Birth Certificate
7. For PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of the attested appointment.
8. Police Examination Fee of 400 Pesos

• Notice of Admission (NOA)
• Pencil No. 2
• Two valid IDs with picture and signature
• Filled-out Health Declaration Form/ NAPOLCOM Telehealth QR Code
• Any of the following
  • Vaccination Card
  • Negative Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Result
  • Negative COVID-19 Antigen Test Result

Dress Code

Examinees must wear plain white T-shirt or white polo shirt, dark pants and shoes. Examinees with no proper attire are not allowed to take the exams.
