MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the PRC Board Licensure examination schedule for the year 2023 through Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, one (1) month before the end of 2022.
The schedule of LET, CPALE, CELE, CLE, NLE, MTLE, PLE, SWLE, PT-OT, VLE, ECE-ECT, REE-RME, RadTech, MELE, ALE, among other board exams were published through a PRC Resolution entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for the Year 2023”. This includes the date of exams, testing venue(s)/location(s), the opening of online processing, deadline of applications and target release of results.

Filling of Application
The conduct of the Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be scheduled in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2017-1034, Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.
“Filing of applications, including the submissions of all the required and supporting documents at the Regional Offices and Offsite Service Centers shall be within the period indicated in the schedule. Request for extension of the deadline in filing of application, if any, must be submitted to the the Licensure Office at least fifteen (15) days from the scheduled deadline, otherwise, the deadline herein provided is final and shall be strictly implemented. When the deadline falls on a weekend, regular or special holidays, the said deadline shall be automatically moved to the next working day.”
PRC said that “No changes in the schedule shall be made without prior approval of the Commission. The Professional Regulatory Boards are further advised that their duties and responsibilities pertaining to the conduct of the licensure examinations shall take precedence over all their other functions.”

Things to prepare during exams
You may also want to see in advance these basic requirements in taking the exams:
- Official Receipt of payment of application for examination
- One (1) piece Long Transparent White Plastic Envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
- One (1) piece long size brown envelope
- Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
- Ball pens (black ink only)
- Health Forms (Pursuant to Joint Administrative Order No. 01 (s 2021)
- Negative RT-PCR Test Results (if applicable), or Certificate of Quarantine or copy of the Complete Vaccination Card for fully vaccinated examinees to be submitted to the proctor on the examination day.

I am a graduate of bachelor of arts major in Filipino a year ago (2005) with 15 units of educ.
Am I qualify to take the LET exam for this year 2023?
Or I need to take back the 18 units educ., or the 3 units educ.? To complete the 18 units required.
PRC, sana po malaman namin ng mas maaga kung ano pong schedule ng 2023 exams especially po for NLE. Gusto na rin po namin kasing mag plan if mag take na po kami ng review for May 2023 if wala pong Saturday ang exam or mag work po muna ako if may Saturday, since isa po akong Seventh-Day Adventist. Sana po marelease na ang schedule before October ends.
