LEA RESULTS 2023 – The November 2023 Licensure Exam for Agriculturists results including the complete board exam passers, top 10 examinees, and performance of schools are released by PRC Board of Agriculture in seven (7) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 3,423 out of 10,014 examinees successfully passed the November 2023 LEA.

The Agriculturist board exam was conducted on November 20-22, 2023 at PRC testing centers located in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Kidapawan, and Palawan.

The Board of Agriculture is led by Hon. Emma K. Sales, Chairman, and its members, Hon. Nora B. Inciong, Hon. Gonzalo O. Catan, Jr., Hon. Vicente L. Domingo, Hon. Eric P. Palacpac and Hon. Anabelle S. Sarabia.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1589, series of 2022, titled ‘Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2023,’ the November 2023 agriculture licensure exam results are scheduled for release on December 4, 2023.

However, please note that the release date of the PRC Board LEA results may vary. On November 2022, results were out after eight (8) working days. We recommend bookmarking this page and following us on our social media channels for the most up-to-date result announcements.

Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Agriculturists’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

Date(s) of Registration: January 22 – 26, January 29 – 31 and February 1 – 2, 2024

For initial registrants, the PRC advises online registration through the official PRC website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
  4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
  5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The verification of ratings and test results for the Agriculture licensure exams will be available online a few working days after posting results.

Successful takers can refer to the PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.

As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

Successful examinees who wish to participate in the face-to-face mass oath-taking ceremony must complete their registration by no later than 12:00 NN on the day before the scheduled event. Registration can be done on the official PRC website at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Additionally, inductees are required to present one of the following documents on the day of the oath-taking:

  1. Vaccination Card
  2. Negative RT-PCR test results conducted within 48 hours before the oath-taking ceremony.

Inductees should register and confirm their attendance in the region where they took their licensure examination and intend to practice as professionals.

The November 2023 Agriculturist board exams covered topics from crop science, soil science, crop protection, animal science, agricultural economics & marketing and agricultural extension & communication.

Agriculturist Previous Exams (Summary)

The agriculturist board exam is one of the programs with huge number of examinees conducted by PRC.

During the November 2022 PRC board exams, a total of 4,035 out of 11,673 examinees successfully passed, constituting a pass rate of 34.57%. Notably, Rio Sergote Antion from UP Los Baños and Naomi Grace Manzano Lancita from Visayas State University Baybay secured the top positions in the exams, achieving outstanding ratings of 86.83%. UP Los Baños emerged as the top-performing school, boasting a remarkable 100.00% passing rate.

In the previous year, November 2021, 1,172 out of 3,927 examinees, equivalent to a 29.84% pass rate, were successful. Ella Hazel Barbarona Estrada and John Carlos Daga-ang Boyles from Visayas State University – Baybay claimed the top spots, earning ratings of 86.00 and 85.83, respectively. Once again, the University of the Philippines Los Baños secured the position of the top-performing school, achieving a perfect 100% passing rate.

In November 2019, a total of 5,538 out of 13,492 examinees successfully passed the board exams, resulting in a pass rate of 41.05%. The results were efficiently released within seven (7) working days. Paul John Maningas Pangilinan from Central Luzon State University clinched the top spot in the exams, securing an impressive rating of 89.67%. Following closely were John Lawrence Agustin Arrogante and John Vincent Asi Garcia, both from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, with ratings of 89.33%.

Furthermore, UP Los Baños distinguished itself as the top-performing school, boasting an outstanding overall passing rate of 99.46%.
