REBLE Results 2023 are out! The Professional Regulation Commission announces that 581 out of 1,328 (43.75%) successfully passed the April 2023 Licensure Exam for Real Estate Brokers. The results were released on April 18, 2023, two (2) working days after the conduct of the licensure exams.

In previous releases of other 2023 board exam results, PRC posts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, while the recent REBLE results were posted at 12 midnight, April 29. Based on PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2023“, REBLE results will be available within two (2) working days.
The April 2023 Real Estate Broker Board exam was conducted on April 16, 2023, at testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban.
The Board of Real Estate Service is headed by its Chairman, Ofelia C. Binag, and its members, Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar Torres-Banaag.
Registration Schedule and Requirements
The schedule of online appointments for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Real Estate Brokers will be held on the following dates:
- From June 14 – 16, and June 19 – 21, 2023
Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees should personally register and sign in to the Roster of Registered Professionals.
How to verify my board exam rating?
The verification of ratings and test results for the Pharmacy licensure exams will be available online a few days after posting the results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name, and the birthdate.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Once announced, the exact date, whether the oath-taking will be conducted face-to-face or virtual, will be provided here.
Further, inductees shall bring ANY of the following on the day of the oath-taking:
- Vaccination Card
- Negative RT-PCR results took within 48 hours before the oath-taking
Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.
Meanwhile, those unable to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking may follow the online oath-taking or request a special oath-taking.

Previous Exams
The Real Estate Broker Board exam is one of the programs with less number of examinees conducted by the PRC.
In the most recent exams held on April 2022, 584 out of 954 examinees passed. Three passers shared the top spot, namely John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Shirly Silva Mazon, and Pamela Ann Torres Peres, both from the Trinity University of Asia, all garnering 89.00% rating.
On June 2019 exams, 204 out of 297 examinees passed. Raquel Diaz Mendros from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies – Palo ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 89.75%, followed by John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University, 87.75%.
