BLEPP RESULTS: August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Exam, List of Passers

BLEPP RESULTS 2024 —The August 2024 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometricians results, including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Psychology five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 7,478 out of 10,717 successfully passed August 2024 BLEPP.

The Psychometrician licensure exam was conducted on August 11-12, 2024, at PRC testing centers at NCR, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao. The Board of Psychology is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Miriam P. Cue, and its members, Hon. Imelda Virginia G. Villar and Hon. Hector M. Perez.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1728 series of 2023, the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Exam/ BLEPP results are scheduled for release on August 19, 2024.

However, the release of Psychometrician Board Exam results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the August 2023 BLEPP, results were released after five (5) working days. We advise you to bookmark this page and stay connected with us on our social media channels for the latest updates.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Psychometricians’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The online access to verify Psychometrician licensure exam ratings and test results will be available within a few days of the results being posted.

All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.

To initiate the verification process, passing candidates must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

You may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction. The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Psychometrician Board Exam Summary (Stats)

The psychometrician board exam is one of the programs conducted by the PRC that has a huge number of examinees.

In the previous BLEPP held on August 2023, 6,133 out of 8,370 (73.27%) examinees passed. Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes from Bulacan State University – Malolos was the topnotcher, with 89.60% rating. Ateneo de Manila University – Q.C. was the top-performing school with 100.00% passing rate.

In February 2022, 969 out of 2,241 (43.24%) examinees passed. Joshua James Bastro Dela Cruz from Our Lady of Fatima University – Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada from Saint Louis University ranked first in the exams, earning 83.60%.

In October 2019, 6,800 out of 10,670 (63.73%) examinees passed the exams. Bernadette Alice Cruz Rigor from Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Main – Sta. Mesa ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 86.80%. Ateneo de Manila University – Q.C ranked first in the list of top-performing schools, having 96.84%.

During October 2018, 4,035 out of 8,453 (47.73%). The results exclude those from Baguio, where 550 out of 1,010 (54.46%) examinees passed. Tracey Dela Cruz from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) – Quezon City (QC) dominated the list, garnering a rating of 83.00%, followed by Jemima Alvaro Tan also from ADMU having 82.00% and Grazianne-Geneve Villafuerte Mendoza from University of the Philippines – Diliman having 81.80%. ADMU-QC was the top-performing school, garnering a 91.38% overall passing rate, followed by the University of Santo Tomas (UST), which had 88.02%.
