BLEPP RESULTS 2025 —The September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometricians results, including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Psychology four (4) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 12,416 out of 14,275 (86.98%) successfully passed the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Exam. The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The Psychometrician licensure exam was conducted on September 24-25, 2025, at PRC testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Psychology is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Miriam P. Cue, and a member, Hon. Hector M. Perez.

Release of Results

Based on the official schedule outlined in PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the PRC targets October 2, 2025, as the release date for the September 2025 BLEPP results.

However, examinees should note that this date is an estimate, and the actual release of the Psychometrician board exam results may occur earlier or later depending on the PRC’s timeline. For context, the results for the August 2024 BLEPP were released five (5) working days after the exam. Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Licensed Psychometricians’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

• Date(s) of Registration: Starting October 30, 2025

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

A few days after the official Licensure Exam for Psychometricians results are published, successful examinees can verify their ratings online through the PRC’s official website.

To perform the PRC online verification, navigate to the dedicated Verification Page and provide the necessary details: specify the examination name (Licensure Exam for Teachers), the date the examination was held, your application number, complete first name and last name, and your date of birth. This process lets passers confirm their board examination results and rating directly via the PRC online system.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Psychometrician Board Exam Summary (Stats)

The psychometrician board exam is one of the programs conducted by the PRC that has a huge number of examinees.

In the most recent exams held in August 2024, 7,478 out of 10,717 examinees passed. Chiqui Castro Patio and Airis Roshaine Teodoro Gomez, both from Holy Angel University, ranked first and second, respectively, having ratings of 88.00% and 87.20%. Ateneo de Manila University – Q.C. was the top-performing school with a 99.07% overall passing rate.

In August 2023, 6,133 out of 8,370 (73.27%) examinees passed the examination. Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes from Bulacan State University – Malolos was the topnotcher, with a 89.60% rating. Ateneo de Manila University – Q.C. was the top-performing school with a 100.00% passing rate.
