The June 2026 Fire Officer Exam (FOE) results and the official list of passers in the Region 14 (Cordillera Administrative Region/CAR) are released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) within 40 calendar days after the examination.
The Fire Officer Examination was successfully administered on June 7, 2026, in designated testing centers nationwide. The examination serves as one of the eligibility requirements for individuals aspiring to join the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in second-level uniformed positions, subject to compliance with all other qualifications prescribed by law.
According to the CSC, a total of 22,211 examinees took the June 7, 2026 Fire Officer Examination, representing approximately 67.26% of the combined FOE and Penology Officer Examination (POE) examinees nationwide.

Release of Results
Update as of July 6, 2026: The Civil Service Commission announced through Examination Advisory No. 08, s. 2026 that the official List of Passers for the June 7, 2026 Fire Officer Examination (FOE) will be published by July 16, 2026. The announcement will also include the Top Passers at the national level.
Individual Rating Through OCSERGS
Both successful and unsuccessful examinees may access their individual examination ratings through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) beginning July 27, 2026.
To access the system, examinees should prepare the following information:
- Examinee Number
- Complete Name
- Date of Birth
- Examination Date
- Examination Type
- Place of Examination
The CSC emphasized that reports of rating will not be mailed and that examination results are final and no rechecking or mathematical rounding of scores is allowed.
Certification of Eligibility (COE)
All passers are required to request their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) printed on the official letterhead of the Civil Service Commission within a few weeks after the release of results, which is issued free of charge by the CSC Regional or Field Office where the examination was taken.
All FOE passers are advised to verify if their letterhead COE is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional or Field Office. Please bring the ID card, preferably the same one presented during the application, along with the application receipt and/or the official receipt.
Furthermore, passers may opt to request a COE printed on security paper for a fee. The security paper COE and its authenticated copy may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of the examination location.
About the Fire Officer Examination (FOE)
The Fire Officer Examination (FOE) is conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to establish a Register of Eligibles (RoE) for appointment to second-level ranks in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and other related government positions.
Passing the FOE grants civil service eligibility to qualified applicants seeking appointment in the BFP, provided they satisfy all other legal and agency requirements.
Examination Coverage

To pass the examination, examinees must obtain a general rating of at least 80.00%.
