MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC), through Exam Advisory No. 15, s. of 2025, has officially announced that the results of the August 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will be released on Monday, October 13, 2025.
The August 2025 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test were conducted on August 10, 2025 at testing centers from all CSC regional offices, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/ MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Online Access to Individual Results
In a related advisory, the CSC informed examinees that the individual examination results—including ratings for both passers and non-passers—will be available starting October 25, 2025, through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS).
The CSE-PPT, held nationwide last August, drew thousands of examinees aspiring for civil service eligibility — a key requirement for most government positions in the Philippines. With the release date approaching, the CSC reminded examinees to rely solely on official sources to verify their results and eligibility status.
Final and Irreversible Results
The Commission reaffirmed its long-standing policy that all test results are final and cannot be reversed. It stated that the CSC does not allow re-checking of test papers, mathematical rounding off of decimal scores, or reconsideration requests in any form.
Test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are final and irreversible,” the advisory declared.
This rule is part of the CSC’s commitment to maintain transparency, integrity, and fairness in all civil service examinations.
