The December 2023 NAPOLCOM PNP entrance and promotional exams were administered on December 10, 2023 at testing centers located in the cities of Makati City; Baguio City and Apayao; San Fernando City, La Union and Bantay, Ilocos Sur; Tuguegarao, Isabela and Batanes; City of San Fernando, Pampanga; Calamba City, Bacoor, Lipa and Lucena City; Calapan and Sablayan; Legazpi and Catanduanes; Iloilo City; Cebu City; Tacloban City; Pagadian City and Zamboanga City; Cagayan de Oro City; Davao City and Mati; Koronadal City; Butuan City, Tandag City and Surigao; and Cotabato City.

Verification of Rating
The December 2023 PNP entrance and promotional examinees (pass or failed) can refer to the NAPOLCOM official website and use the Online Verification of Ratings page to access their ratings. This usually comes a few days after the posting of results. The examinee shall only provide the application number to know the rating as posted.
A Report of Rating (RR) will be mailed to the examinee’s mailing address while the verification can be made at the Examination Division, Personnel and Administrative Service (PAS), NAPOLCOM central office. The examinees who didn’t receive RR can request certification from the same office upon payment of 150.00 pesos.

Renaming of NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance and Promotional Exams Titles
In March 2019, NAPOLCOM utilized the new examination titles for all categories. This is pursuant to R.A 11200 or “An Act Providing for the Rank Classification in the Philippine National Police, amending for the purpose Section 28 of Republic act No. 6975, as amended, otherwise known as the Department of the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990”. This aims to modify the PNP rank classification as well as standardize how police officers are addressed.
