Who are Exempted in Civil Service Exam (CSE)? List of CSC Eligibilities

MANILA, Philippines – Who are exempted in taking Civil Service Exam – Pencil and Paper Test (CSE-PPT)? Am I already qualified? Is there really an exemption?
