- PAL Express: 2P 2084 and 2085 Manila to Basco and Basco to Manila
- SkyJet: M8 816 and 817 Manila to Basco and Basco to Manila
International Flight
- China Airlines (CI) 711 & 712: Manila-Kaohsiung (Taiwan) and Kaohsiung (Taiwan) to Manila

As of 4:00 AM update of PAGASA, Typhoon “Butchoy” which is currently heading Taiwan (current forecast track) has a maximum sustained winds of 195 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230 kph.
