SPLE RESULTS: June 2025 Registered Master Electrician Special Licensure Exam List of Passers

SPLE RMELE 2025 —The results of the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Exam (SPLE) of the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam (RMELE), including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are ereleased by the PRC Board of Electrical Engineering a few days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 28 out of 103 passed the Registered Electrical Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination and 78 out of 106 passed the Registered Master Electricians Special Professional Licensure Examination.

The SPLE for Registered Master Electrician took place from June 8, 2025, at testing centers in the Middle East, Singapore, and Taiwan. The Board of Electrical Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Francis V. Mapile and member, Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza.

Performance of Schools

The performance of schools for June 2025 SPLE for Registered Master Electrician in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000, Section 7 (m), or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”

Release of Results

According to PRC, the release of the June 2025 SPLE results for the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam (EELE) will be on June 30, 2025.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the newly licensed Registered Master Electricians will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The verification of ratings for the Registered Master Electrician licensure exam will be available online a few days after they are posted.

Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.

As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
