LEA RESULTS 2024—The November 2024 Agriculturist Licensure Exam (LEA) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Agriculture in six (6) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC announced that 3,628 out of 7,144 (50.78%) successfully passed the November 2024 LEA.
The Agriculturist board exam was conducted on November 12-14, 2024 at PRC testing centers located in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1728 series of 2023, the November 2024 Agriculturist Licensure exam results will be released on November 22, 2024.
However, the release of LEA results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the November 2023 exams, results were released after seven (7) working days. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Agriculturists’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting January 21, 2025
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The Agriculturist Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.
Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.
As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
Coverage of Exams
The November 2024 Agriculturist board exams covered topics in crop science, soil science, crop protection, animal science, agricultural economics and marketing, and agricultural extension and communication.
Previous Exams
During the November 2023 exams, 3,423 out of 10,014 examinees passed. Ronn Adam Velasco Pontoy from Central Luzon State University was the topnotcher with an 88.00% passing rate, followed by Kathleen Joy Dirain Franco from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with 87.33%. UP Los Baños was the top-performing school, having a 99.02% overall passing rate.
In the November 2022 exams, 4,035 out of 11,673 examinees successfully passed, with a passing rate of 34.57%. Rio Sergote Antion from UP Los Baños and Naomi Grace Manzano Lancita from Visayas State University Baybay were the topnotchers, with 86.83%. UP Los Baños was the top-performing school, with a 100.00% passing rate.
