LERT RESULTS: February 2022 Respiratory Therapy Board Exam Passers

MANILA, Philippines (Released February 8, 2022) – The February 2022 Respiratory Therapy Licensure Exam LERT/ RTLE results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees and overall performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Respiratory Therapy in two (2) working days after the last day of exams.

As announced, 194 out of 397 (48.87%) successfully passed the February 2022 Respiratory Therapist board exams.

The Respiratory Therapy licensure exam was conducted on February 3-4, 2022 at PRC testing center located at the National Capital Region (Metro Manila), Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Pampanga and Zamboanga. The Board of Respiratory Therapy is headed by Julita V. Toledo, Chairman and its members, Senen O. Teope and Jesus M. Espinas.

Release of Results

Referring to the results of the previous Respiratory Therapist licensure exams, taking into consideration the restrictions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and the estimated target release date stated in the PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2022“, the respiratory therapy board exam results are estimated to be released in three (3) working days or longer, after the last day of board exams. Stand by from February 7-8, 2022.

We also advise everyone to bookmark this page and follow us at our social media channels for the freshest updates regarding the RTLE/ LERT results 2022.

PRC may also release the respiratory therapy board results for February 2022 earlier or later than the estimated date without prior notice.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Respiratory Therapists will be from March 3 to 4 and March 7 to 8, 2022.

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:

• Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
• Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
• Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
• One (1) piece short brown envelope

PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The verification of ratings and test results for the respiratory therapist licensure exams given by PRC Board of Respiratory Therapy will be available online few working days after the posting of results.

Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.

As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

Due to the pandemic, the oathtaking ceremony for the newly licensed respiratory therapists will be done online, now referred as the “e-oath”. The application system for the e-oath can be accessed online via PRC dedicated portal via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and  select “e-OATH” as transaction.

Inductees are required to print “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.

Respiratory Therapist Board Exam Summary (Stats)

Respiratory Therapy board exam is one of the programs with average number of examinees conducted by PRC.

The recent respiratory therapist licensure exams were held on September 2021. During these exams,109 out of 186 (58.60%) examinees passed. Neil Lestern Mansueto from San Pedro College – Davao City ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 85.25% followed by Argie Go Cotiamco from Perpetual Help College of Manila having 84.50%.

On March 2021 LERT, 294 out of 467 (62.96%) examinees passed. Reinour Amilhamja Nejab from Universidad de Zamboanga ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 87.50% followed by Nadzwa Taib Garingan also from Universidad de Zamboanga and Keren Taca Safawil from Pines City College both having 86.50%
