      its letter A. elementary is free and compulsory. High school is free but not compulsory.

    • John Blanco Jan 17, 2018 @ 2:35

      It should be Article XIV. In the said Article, Sec. 2 No. 2 which states – Establish and maintain a system of free public education in the elementary and high school levels. Without limiting the natural right of parents to rear their children, elementary education is compulsory for all children of school age;

      I think pakicheck na lang po yung question in no. 2 . I understand it asks about "free and compulsory" – so the answer is C

    • Unknown Sep 3, 2018 @ 10:14

      The correct answer is letter c because it also talks about free education. But if the question only ask for compulsory then the answer will only be elementary. But it also talks about free education so included ang secondary 😊
