LET September 2024 Room Assignments: Licensure Exam for Teachers

LET ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2024 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the list of room assignments for the September 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (Elementary and Secondary Levels) a few weeks before the exams.

The September 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) will be conducted on September 29, 2024, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Batanes, Bayambang, Bohol, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Laguna, Marinduque, Masbate, Mati, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon and Tagum.

The Board of Professional Teachers is led by Dr. Rosita L. Navarro – Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido – Vice Chairman; and the members, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

What to bring on the day of exams?

1. Notice of Admission
2. Official Receipt
3. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
4. Ball pens (black ink only)
5. One (1) piece long brown envelope
6. One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
7. Negative RT-PCR Test Results, if applicable, or Certificate of Quarantine or Certificate or copy of Vaccination Card for fully vaccinated examinees to the proctor on the examination day.

What to wear on examination day?

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

For male examinees, tucked-in white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
For female examinees, tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks

What is not allowed during board exams?

Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
Programmable calculators, specifically CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus
Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth, and other electronic devices that may be used for communication purposes
Bags of any kind

On the use of a calculator

Examinees for the secondary level with a major in Mathematics are allowed to use calculators. However, the calculator must only include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric function, logarithm, and xy functions.

One (1) calculator will be allowed inside the examination room per examinee, which will also be thoroughly inspected by the examination personnel.

PRC added that they will not be responsible for any lost personal belongings.
