MANILA, Philippines – The October 2019 Psychometrician board exam result or the licensure exams for aspiring Psychometricians (BLEPP) list of passers, top 10 examinees, top performing schools and performance of school are available at this website as PRC officially releases the results online within today or four (4) working days after the board examinations.
As announced, 6,800 out of 10,670 successfully passed the exams.
The October 2019 Psychometrician board exams were administered by PRC Board of Psychology headed by its Chairman, Ms. Miriam P. Cue and its members, Ms. Alexa P. Abrenica (inhibited) and Ms. Imelda Virginia G. Villar on October 27 & 28, 2019.

The October 2019 Board Licensure Exams for Psychometricians were conducted at testing centers located in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
WHEN IS THE RELEASE OF PSYCHOMETRICIAN RESULT OCT 2019?
According to the Commission’s Resolution No. 1127 s. 2018 entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2019”, the target release date of Psychometrician result October 2019 will be on November 4, 2019 or four (4) working days after the board exams. However, this may also be out earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
In the most recent Psychometrician licensure exams conducted last October 2018, official result was out after six (6) working days while during October 2017, results were published after four (4) working days.
REGISTRATION
The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for Psychometrician passers October 2019 will be from November 20-29 and December 2-6, 2019.

PRC is strictly implementing the online registration system for all passers effective March 30, 2016. Initial registrants are advised to register online via http://online.prc.gov.ph/, an online application and registration portal of PRC.
Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
COVERAGE OF EXAMS
The October 2019 Psychometrician covered subjects including the theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
Psychometrician is one of the programs with huge number of examinees being administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.
In the recent Psychometrician board exams conducted last year, October 2018, 4,035 out of 8,453 (47.73%). The results exclude of those from Baguio where 550 out of 1,010 (54.46%) examinees passed. Tracey Dela Cruz from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) – Quezon City (QC) dominated the list garnering a rating of 83.00% followed by Jemima Alvaro Tan also from ADMU having 82.00% and Grazianne-Geneve Villafuerte Mendoza from University of the Philippines – Diliman having 81.80%. ADMU – QC was the top performing school garnering 91.38% overall passing rate followed by University of Santo Tomas (UST) having 88.02%.
On October 2017 Psychometrician licensure exams, 4,957 out of 8,701 (56.97%) examinees passed. Caressa Lynn Aman Siglos from College of St. John – Roxas ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 84.60% followed by Blanche Marie Matheu Abellana from University of San Carlos having 84.40% and Allyssa Celine Manalo Cornago from Far Eastern University – Manila garnering 84.20%. UP Diliman was the top performing school having 97.67% overall passing rate followed by University of Santo Tomas having 96.53%.
During August 2016 exams, 3,690 out of 7,312 (50.46%) examinees passed. Gilana Kim Tan Roxas from ADMU – QC clinched the top spot garnering 85.60% rating followed by Cheyselle de Vera Cuaresma from Colegio de San Juan de Letran – Intramuros having 85.40%. UP Diliman ranked first in the top performing schools’ list having an overall passing rate of 98.39%.
On July 2015 licensure exams, 2,061 out of 4,466 (46.15%) examinees passed. Van Alistair Faeldon from UST got the top spot having 84.20%. He was followed by Katreena Sasis for UP Diliman garnering 84.00%. Four passers shared the third place having 83.80% rating. They were Christine Allen Cadacio from UST, Mary Donnavel Libron from UP Visayas Cebu City, Jellie Grace Luzano from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology and Amee Florence Payno from De La Salle University-Manila. UST was named top performing school having an overall passing rate of 89.25%.
VERIFICATION OF RATING
Successful PRC Psychometrician passers of Oct 2019 can refer to the official website and use the LERIS Verification Page to know their board examination rating. This usually comes few days after the posting of results. As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name and the birth-date.
The date and venue of the oath-taking ceremonies come few weeks after the release of board exam.
ON THE USE OF ‘RPm’ AS EXTENSION
On the year 2016, PRC Board of Psychology announced that duly registered Psychometrician can append the initials ‘RPm’ or Registered Psychometrician to signify that the bearer is duly registered and licensed professional (e.g., Juan dela Cruz, RPm).
Likewise, non-passers/ non-registered Psychometrician are not allowed to use the extension.
OTHER PSYCHOMETRICIAN-RELATED INFO
It is also worth to note that similar to Civil Engineering, LET, Midwife and other PRC-regulated professions licensure exams, for October 2019 Psychometrician board exams, only basic/ non-programmable calculator is allowed inside the examination room.
Calculators are limited to functions/features including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric function, logarithm and xy. Likewise, only one (1) calculator per examinee is allowed in examination room and will be thoroughly inspected by proctors for maximum compliance.
