MLE RESULTS 2024—The November 2024 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Midwifery in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC announced that 3,997 out of 5,398 (74.05%) successfully passed the November 2024 MLE.
The Midwifery board exam was conducted on November 15-16, 2024, at PRC testing centers located in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The Board of Midwifery is headed by its Chairman, Melchor C. Dela Cruz Jr., along with its members, Lerma M. Valenzuela, Corazon F. Landicho, Lourdes S. Mangahas, and Liwayway M. Piedad.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1728 series of 2023, the November 2024 Midwife Licensure exam results will be released on November 20, 2024.
However, the release of MLE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the April 2024 exams, results were released after three (3) working days. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Midwives’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting December 23, 2024
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The Midwifery Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.
Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.
As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Previous Exams
In the most recent exams held on April 2024, 1,698 out of 2,975 (57.08%) examinees passed. Judah Paulo Espero from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College – Nabua ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 91.70%, followed by Samantha May Aglit Torcuan from University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences – Leyte, 91.60%. Bataan Peninsula State University-Main Campus was the top school with 98.46% overall passing rate.
In November 2023 MLE, 2,800 out of 4,119 (67.98%) examinees passed. Ronnie Vincent Bolasco Antivo from Jose Rizal Memorial State University Dapitan was the top scorer, with 90.05%. The University of the Northern Philippines—Vigan was the top performing school, with a 100.00% overall passing rate.
In November 2022, 1,768 out of 3,472 (50.92%) examinees passed. Jonathan Calunsag Gatela Jr from the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences Leyte ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 90.10%, followed by Marielle Luceño Oberio from Iloilo Doctor’s College, 90.05%.
