MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission recently announced the new design, format and layout of the new Professional Identification Card (PIC) for all its regulated professions.
As per the commission, the new design is effective beginning September 2019. Those who will renew their PICs starting September 2019 are expected to receive the new ID card. PRC said that this is in consonance with the policy of the government to ease the doing of business by simplifying documentary forms and processes and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
