For confirmation, PRC said that those interested to attend the F2F oath-taking should register later than 12:00 Noon before the date of oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
After the oath-taking, inductees may get their online appointment at the same website http://online.prc.gov.ph for initial registration.

Inductees shall bring any of the following:
Vaccination Card
Negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking
Online Oath-taking
Those who cannot attend the F2F oath-taking may attend the online oath-taking or request for a special oath-taking.
All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

As per PRC, the online oath-taking for new civil engineers will be headed by PRC-Davao, PRC-Koronadal, PRC-Rosales, PRC-Legaspi, PRC-Cagayan De Oro, PRC-Baguio, PRC-NCR, PRC-Tacloban, PRC-Iloilo, and PRC-Lucena through Microsoft Teams or Zoom at the following date and time.
Inductees shall wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background).
Examinees are also advised to set an appointment schedule via http://online.prc.gov.ph and select e-Oath as transaction.
The online appointment will close five (5) days before the online oath-taking.
Likewise, inductees shall print the “Oath of Professional” form which can be downloaded at PRC Online Services.

To apply, for the online oath-taking. Follow below procedures from PRC:
Select transaction, then enter profession and Notice of Admission (NOA) application number.
Click “PROCEED” and the page will redirect.
Select preferred PRC regional office and click next. The system will automatically give you the earliest date set for oathtaking.
After confirmation click “SUBMIT APPLICATION” to proceed.
A confirmation message will pop up with the summary of your transaction.
Click “CLICK TO GO BACK” to redirect to your EXISTING TRANSACTION.
You can see your transaction details from your EXISTING TRANSACTION. Click “PRINT DOCUMENT” to print your oath form.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the dates of the online registration and online oath-taking of new nurses/ passers of the July 2021 Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE). The verification of rating will be available days after the release of results.
Schedule of Registration
The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Nurses will be from August 17 to September 20, 2021.
Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
