The examinee number is no longer needed. To check the rating, the examinee must provide the following information.

- Middle Initial (e.g., L, or leave it blank if none)
- Date of Birth (e.g. 04/22/1969)

Claiming the Certification
All passers must request the COE printed on CSC official letterhead by November 2025. The CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken issues this letterhead COE free of charge.
All CSE passers are advised to verify if their letterhead COE is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional or Field Office. Bring the ID card, preferably the same ID presented during the application, along with the application receipt and/or the CSC official receipt.
Furthermore, passers may request a COE printed on security paper for a fee. The security paper COE and its authenticated copy may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of the place of examination, by June 12, 2024. Please check with the CSC Field Office or the Regional Office if it’s already available. Below are the contacts for each CSC Regional Office.
To claim the certification, passers must present a valid ID and an Application receipt or CSC official receipt (if applicable). Here’s the list of valid IDs:
- Driver’s License/Temporary Driver’s License (LTO O.R. must be presented together with old Driver’s License; O.R. alone is not allowed)/Student Driver’s Permit

- BIR/Taxpayer’s I.D. Card (ATM type/TIN card type with picture)

CSC reminded all passers that CSE passers must personally claim the CoE, as representatives are not allowed.
If the passers have moved to another region or remote areas within the region, they may personally claim their CoE at the CSC Regional or Field Office (serving as conduit CSC Regional Office/ Field Office) nearest their present place or residence of work.
A written request must be filed to claim the CoE in certain instances when they move to another region, to quote,
For those who have moved to or are based in another region, a written request must be sent to the authorized CSC RO (with jurisdiction over the testing center/venue where they took the examination) to forward their Certification of Eligibility to the conduit CSC Regional/Field Office where they would like to claim the same. In their written request, they must also cite their reasons for the request.
