MANILA, Philippines – The verification of rating for the August 2017 Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper (CSE-PPT) will be available through the Online Civil Service Examination Generation System (OCSERGS) at least 15 days after posting of official results. CSC is expected to release the results on September 16, 2017 while the ratings will be available online via CSC website on or before October 1, 2017.
RATINGS/ EXAM RESULT VERIFICATION
Examinees can check the result of their exams through CSC’s OCSERGS. To do this, examinee must provide the following information.
- Examinee Number
- Date of Examination (Select from the dropdown)
- Last Name (e.g., Dela Cruz)
- First Name (e.g., Juan, Jr)
- Middle Initial (e.g., L, or leave it blank if none)
- Date of Birth (Select from the dropdown)
- Type of Examination (CSE-PPT Professional)
- Region: where the examinee took the examination

The complete results are expected to be released more than a month after the exams administration. The eligibility exams for professional and subprofessional levels were conducted on August 6, 2017 at designated regional testing locations nationwide.

God knows, I did everything on this exam. Nag focus din ako sa pag aaral ko. bakit di ako pinalad na makapasa. ano pa ang kulang ko. huuhuhu
Mabilis mo kasi pinass yung exam mo.. As a passer myself for the 1st take in the Professional level, I maximized my time.. Hindi ako affected sa mga naunang natapos sa akin, dahil feel ko mostly ng mga maagang nakatatapos ng exam, siguradong bagsak sila dahil hindi nila in-analyze yung questions, kaya mali sagot nila.. 10 minutes before the time is up, may 15 questions pa akong hindi nasasagutan, yet i've finished it. Just analyze and maximize your time next time. Its the secret of passing this exam. Good luck next time.
Same here. First time ko lang din. Tho importante nga ang sabi mong wag rushed ang pagsagot para tumama hindi naman fair mag assume na bumagsak sya dahil he/she did not take his/her time. Marami akong kasabay sa classroom na kinonsume ang alloted time (like myself) pero hindi naman pumasa. Sa todong pag aanalyze ko, kahit nasagutan ko naman lahat, feel ko pang hindi enough ang time. Limited time. Tricky questions. If I may be permitted to give advices, pag nagself study po, do exercises each time na limited ang oras. Hindi naman maiiwasan kasi na mapressure sa araw ng exam lalo na't halos lahat ng items in paragraph form anhahaba. Icondition ang utak to function well under pressure. I personally know someone na nag exam din pero nagblock na at hindi na makaintindi sa binasa halfway through. That and prayers. Malaking tulong din yun for guidance and clearer mind sa araw ng exam. Goodluck sa susunod.

Ayaw pa gumana ng rating result verification, ano bang nangyayari, bat yung iba nakakakuha na, most of the time the system fails. Sa line 63 daw yung error code.

Anu ba yan.. May babagsak pa ba sa exam na ito? I mean 1 take ko lang pumasa naman ako.. Hindi pa ako nag-review to be precise, but siguro advantage sa akin yung exam dahil LLB Student ako, at kung Constitution provision lang pag-uusapan, madali lang.. Anyway better luck next time sa mga bumagsak, try and try until you succeed, use your failure as an advantage next time..

Everyone is subjected to his/her opinion. If you think may palakasan system sa exam, well opinion mo yun. As for me. Ni wala akong kakilala sa kung anu mang ahensya lalo sa CS nung nagtake ako ng exam.
Hi, it's TRUE, except sa pagrereview ko my backer ako dito sa civil service exam. First take and I passed. Even nung college lagi akong may backer. Lahat ng itake kong exam nakakapasa ko – Scholarship exam, College entrance exam, school exam, civil service exam, etc. Malakas kasi talaga yung backer ko. Thanks to HIM, kasi sya yung reason kung bat ako nakakapasa. ikaw, baka kaylangan mo ng backer. Pray ka lang, JESUS' willing to listen and be your BACKER :)

Tips: Be confident na mapapasa mo ang exam with the help of the Lord; but not over confident that you rely only to yourself.

I also passed the Civil Service Exam on my first take. Akala ko di ko na maipapasa yun kasi tapos na ang time and submission na ng mga papers pero di ko pa nasasagutan almost 15 questions sa sheet ko. Tsk. Kaya binilugan ko nlang kahit ano masagutan ko lang lahat. At last, I passed it. Napakablessed ko at dininig ni Lord mga prayers ko. Takot na kasi akong mafail ulit. I took the CPA Licensure Examination twice but I failed. Dahil dun ang baba na ng tingin ko sa sarili ko, frustrated na ako tapos naiinggit ako sa ibang mga classmate ko in college na mga CPA na. Kaya nagtry ako na itake up itong Civil Service Exam para sa goal kong makapasok in a government institution. Kaya sa mga ilang beses ng nafail dyan, NEVER GIVE UP! Use your failures to be your strengths. Aim high and never lose hope. GOD is always there. May plano sya sa atin na tayo lang at sya ang makakaalam :-)
