MANILA – The list of top performing schools and summary of schools’ performances in the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy in three (3) working days after the exams.

The Pharmacy board exam took place on November 2-3, 2023, across various testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros, the Chairman of the Board of Pharmacy, oversees the board’s operations, working alongside Dr. Adelina C. Royo and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, who serve as board members. As per PRC Resolution No. 1589, series of 2022, titled ‘Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2023,’ the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results are scheduled for release on November 8, 2023.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Pharmacists’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be announced at a later date.

Date(s) of Registration: December 13 – 15, December 18 – 22, December 26 – 29, 2023 and January 2 – 3, 2024

For initial registrants, the PRC advises online registration through the official PRC website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
  4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps

Oath-Taking

Additionally, inductees are required to present one of the following documents on the day of the oath-taking:

As announced, 153 out of 226 examinees successfully passed the exams.

The Licensure Exam for Optometrists was conducted on October 10-18,2023 (Written and Practical) at testing centers located in NCR, Cebu, Davao, and Rosales. In the previous optometry licensure exams held in October 2022, 179 out of 285 examinees passed. Giuseppe Roy Cabatic Campilan from Southwestern University ranked first, garnering a rating of 89.83%. Southwestern University was the top-performing school, having 85.53% rating.

Forester is one of the PRC-regulated exams with an average number of examinees.

In the most recent FLE held on October 2022, 1,116 out of 2,034 examinees passed. Regein Gonzaga Calunsag from Central Mindanao University ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 92.95%. MANILA – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the list of top-performing schools and a summary of schools’ performances in the October 2023 Forester Licensure Exam three (3) working days after the last day of exams.

The FLE/ Forester licensure exams were conducted on October 17-18, 2023, in testing centers nationwide, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board for Foresters is headed by its Chairman, Neria A. Andin, and its members, Jose A. Lorenzo and Gerardo T. Cabreros.

The October 2023 professional Forester board exam results will be released on October 20, 2023, as per Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2023“.

The schedule of online appointments for the issuance of the new professional foresters’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on the following date(s).

Date(s) of Registration: November 28 – 30 and December 1, 2023

Initial registrants are advised to register online via the PRC official website https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on white background with complete name tag
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope

PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Oath-Taking

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Further, inductees shall bring ANY of the following on the day of the oath-taking:

  • Vaccination Card
  • Negative RT-PCR results took within 48 hours before the oath-taking

Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.
