PLE RESULTS 2026 – The March 2026 Physician Licensure Exam (PLE) results, including the complete list of board passers, top 10 (topnotchers), and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Medicine four (4) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC announced that 1,954 out of 2,781 examinees successfully passed the March 2026 PLE. “The results of examination with respect to five (5) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations; and one (1) was withheld for further verification.”
The Physician board exam was conducted on March 23-24, 30-31, 2026, at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Medicine is headed by Dr. Efren C. Laxamana, Chairman, and members, Dr. Martha O. Nucum, Dr. Joanna V. Remo, Dr. Prudencio Z. Sta. Lucia, Jr., Dr. Joselito R. Release of Results
Update as of April 8, 2026, 9:00 A.M.: PRC confirmed that the results of the PLE Results March 2026 will be released anytime today. To quote,
“Head’s up, future Licensed MDs! The results of the March 2026 Physicians Licensure Examination will be released soon! Hats off to the new batch of future professionals!”

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series of 2025, the March 2026 Physician Licensure Exam results will be released on April 8, 2026.
However, the release of Physician Board Exam results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the October 2025 PLE, results were released after four (4) working days. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Licensed Physicians’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting April 22, 2026
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
The Physician Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after they are posted.
Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.
As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

The physician licensure exam is among the programs with the average number of examinees conducted by the PRC. Here is the summary of PLE results in previous years:
In the most recent exams held in October 2025, 4,570 out of 5,900 (77.46%) examinees passed. Kharam Baricaua Molbog from the University of Santo Tomas ranked first in the exams, garnering 91.17% rating, followed by Eris Orlan Sto. Dominog Muñoz from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, with 90.67%. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila was the top-performing school with 99.05%, while the Cebu Institute of Medicine with 100.00% passing rate.
In the March-April 2025 exams, 1,901 out of 3,827 (49.67%) examinees passed. Adrian Eleazar Go from Cebu Institute of Medicine ranked first in the exams, garnering an 87.75% rating, followed by Joseph Benjamin Shea Perez from University of Santo Tomas with 87.25%. Xavier University was hailed as the top-performing school, with an overall passing rate of 80.70%.
During October 2024 PLE, 3,845 out of 6,600 (58.26%) examinees passed. Isaac Edron Jones Orig from Davao Medical School Foundation, ranked first in the exams, earning a 89.33% rating. University of the Philippines-Manila was the top-performing school with a 96.97% rating.
