PmLE and PsLE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the list of room assignments for the September 2026 Psychologists Licensure Examination (PSLE) and Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PMLE) a few days before the exams.
The Psychologists and Psychometricians board exams, originally scheduled for August 19–20, 2026, were officially rescheduled to September 1–2, 2026 due to continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon.
The Psychologists Licensure Examination will be held in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, and Tuguegarao. Meanwhile, the Psychometricians Licensure Examination will be conducted in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Psychology is headed by its Chairperson, Hon. Miriam P. Cue, together with its member, Hon. Hector M. Perez.
Examinees are advised to verify their school, building, and room assignments through the official notices and announcements posted by the PRC.

Important Reminders to Examinees
Examinees must report to their assigned school or building before 6:30 AM on the examination day to verify their room and seat numbers.
Examinees are reminded to be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted.
They should carefully read and follow all instructions indicated on their Notice of Admission (NOA) and the latest examination advisories issued by the PRC.
Because the examinations were rescheduled from August 19–20 to September 1–2, examinees should verify their testing venue before proceeding to the examination center and check for revised instructions from the PRC or their respective PRC Regional Office.

What to Bring on the Day of the Exams?
Examinees must bring the following:
- Notice of Admission (NOA)
- One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
- Two (2) or more pencils
- Ball pens with black ink only
- One (1) piece of long brown envelope
- One (1) piece of long transparent or plastic envelope for valuables and other allowed items
- Packed snacks, meals, necessary medications, and hygiene or sanitary kits placed in transparent or clear containers or cellophanes
- Sufficient drinking water for the day
- One (1) approved non-programmable calculator
Only one calculator per examinee will be allowed inside the examination room. Calculators are subject to inspection and must comply with the current PRC rules on allowable calculators.
Food delivery personnel and other individuals will not be allowed to distribute food to examinees during the examination.
What to Wear on Examination Day?
The PRC requires examinees to wear the prescribed attire every examination day.
Male examinees
- White polo or shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark
- Decent slacks or pants
Female examinees
- White blouse or shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark
- Decent skirt or pants
What Are Not Allowed During Board Exams?
The following items are prohibited inside the examination premises:
- Books, notes, review materials, and printed materials containing coded data, information, or formulas
- Programmable calculators
- Calculator models specifically prohibited by the PRC
- Smartwatches, including Apple, Samsung, and similar devices
- Cellular phones
- Earplugs
- Transmitters
- Portable computers
- Bluetooth devices
- Electronic gadgets that may store, retrieve, or transmit information
- Bags of any kind, including ladies’ bags, shoulder bags, attaché cases, and backpacks
- Other examination aids not specifically allowed in the examination program
The rules on bodily searches, inspection of personal belongings, and seizure or confiscation of prohibited items will be strictly enforced.
Personal belongings brought by examinees will be under their own responsibility. Examinees are advised to bring only the items necessary for the examination.
Health and Safety Reminders
Examinees and examination personnel are encouraged to observe the minimum health standards prescribed by the Department of Health throughout the examinations.
Examinees who need regular medication should bring an adequate supply and keep it inside a transparent or clear container.
When Will the PmLE and PsLE Results Be Released?
The target date for the release of the September 2026 Psychologists and Psychometricians Licensure Examination results is to be announced following the rescheduling of the examinations.
The previously announced August 27, 2026 target release date was based on the original August 19–20 examination schedule and should no longer be treated as the applicable target date for the rescheduled examinations.
Examinees are advised to wait for the PRC’s updated announcement regarding the release of results. Results may also be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
Room Assignment Updates
The PRC normally releases room assignments several days before the examination. However, individual PRC Regional Offices may publish their room assignments and advisories separately and at different times.
Examinees are advised to check back regularly. This article will be updated once the official room assignments applicable to the September 1–2, 2026 examinations are released.
Always follow the latest PRC room assignments and advisories, as examination venues, room assignments, or other arrangements may be revised.
