PNLE RESULTS: February 2026 Nurse Licensure Exam List of Passers

NLE RESULTS 2026—The February 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam (PNLE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Nursing in five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 3,611 out of 8,162 (44.24%) examinees successfully passed the February 2026 PNLE. “The results of examinations with respect to four (4) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.”

The Nursing board exams were conducted on February 26-27, 2026, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Ilocos Sur, Dumaguete (Negros Oriental), Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Tagbilaran (Bohol), and Urdaneta (Pangasinan). The Board of Nursing is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, along with its members, Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Merle L. Salvani, and Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon.

Release of Results

Update March 6, 2026: The PRC Official posted that the results are expected to be released today. To quote,

Previous Update

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series of 2025, the results of the February 2026 Nurse Licensure Exam will be released on or before March 19, 2026.

However, the release of the Nursing Board Exam results may vary and occur earlier or later than the estimated date. During the November 2025 board exams, results were released after fifteen (15) working days. We recommend bookmarking this page and following us on social media for the latest, most accurate result announcements.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new RNs’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

  • Date(s) of Registration: April 13, 2026

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
  4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
  5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The Nurse Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.

Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.

As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Coverage of Exams

The February 2026 Nursing licensure exam covered the following topics:

  • Nursing Practice I – Community Health Nursing
  • Nursing Practice II – Care of Healthy/At-Risk Mother and Child
  • Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Problems in Surgery, Oxygenation, Fluid and Electrolytes, Infectious, Inflammatory and Immunologic Response, Cellular Aberrations (Acute and Chronic)
  • Nursing Practice IV – Care of Client with Problems in Nutrition, Gastrointestinal, Metabolism, and Endocrine. Perception and Coordination (Acute and Chronic)
  • Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Maladaptive Patterns of Behavior (Acute and Chronic); Care of Clients with Life Threatening Condition, Acutely Ill/ Multi-Organ Problems, High Acuity and Emergency Situations

Previous Exams

NLE is one of the PRC’s programs with the largest number of examinees.

In the most recent NLE held in November 2025, 40,692 out of 45,192 (90.04%) examinees passed. Johannah Marie Gerardo Acevedo and George Wilson Tan Escordial, both from West Visayas State University – La Paz, ranked first in the exams, garnering 93.80% rating.

In the November 2024 NLE, 29,349 out of 34,534 (84.99%) examinees passed. Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares from Cebu Normal University was the topnotcher, with a 92.60% rating, followed by Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella from the University of the Philippines – Manila, with a 92.20% rating.

In the May 2024 NLE, 7,749 out of 11,116 (69.72%) examinees passed. Abigail Escueta Cayanan from St. Jude College – Dasmariñas, Cavite, Inc., ranked first in the exams with a score of 92.60.% followed by Jim Jerico Cedric. Garo Uy from Saint Paul University – Tuguegarao, having 91.80%.
