PNLE RESULTS: November 2025 Nurse Licensure Exam List of Passers

NLE RESULTS 2025—The November 2025 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam (PNLE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Nursing in fifteen (15) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announces that 40,692 out of 45,192 (90.04%) examinees successfully passed the November 2025 PNLE. “The results of examinations with respect to six (6) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.”

The Nursing board exams were conducted on November 4-5, 2025, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur. The Board of Nursing is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Elsie A. Tee, along with its members, Hon. Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Marylou B. Ong, Hon. Merle L. Salvani, Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, and Hon. Carmelita C. Divinagracia.

Release of Results

Update as of November 27, 2025, 2:00 AM: The PRC initially announced that the results would be released on November 26, but this has been slightly delayed. Please stay tuned, as the PNLE 2025 results are expected to be released at any moment.

Previous Updates

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November 2025 Nurse Licensure exam results will be released on November 26, 2025.

However, the release of NLE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the May 2025 exams, results were released after five (5) working days. Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new RNs’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

• Date(s) of Registration: Starting December 23, 2025

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The Nurse Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.

Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.

As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

• Nursing Practice II – Care of Healthy/At-Risk Mother and Child
• Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A)
• Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B)
• Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C)

Previous Exams

NLE is one of the programs with the largest number of examinees conducted by the PRC.

In the November 2024 NLE, 29,349 out of 34,534 (84.99%) examinees passed. Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares from Cebu Normal University was the topnotcher, with a 92.60% rating, followed by Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella from the University of the Philippines – Manila, with a 92.20% rating.

In the May 2024 NLE, 7,749 out of 11,116 (69.72%) examinees passed. Abigail Escueta Cayanan from St. Jude College – Dasmariñas, Cavite, Inc., ranked first in the exams with 92.60.% followed by Jim Jerico Cedric. Garo Uy from Saint Paul University – Tuguegarao, having 91.80%.
