MANILA, Philippines – Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of board exams for the year 2017 through board resolution no. 2016-1019 series of 2016. This includes the opening of online processing, deadlines of processing of applications, target dates of release of examination results and Special Professional Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE).
The resolution consists of detailed programs from January to December 2017 of the following programs; Nursing Licensure Exam (NLE), Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Criminologist, Dentistry, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architects, Pharmacist, Midwifery, MedTech, RadTech, Psychologist, Librarians, Agriculturist, Fisheries Technologist, Interior Designers, Custom Brokers, Physicians, among others.

As quoted from the resolution,
The schedule of the Special Professional Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE) to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be scheduled in accordance to PAC Resolution No. 2011-627,Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No.835.
Requests for additional testing centers for the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers shall conform with the procedure prescribed under PAC Resolution No. 2012-675, Series of 2012, “Designation of Other Cities/Provinces outside PAC Regional Offices as Additional Testing Center for the Licensure Examination for Teachers”.
Filing of application, together with all the supporting documents, at the Central and Regional Offices shall be within the period Indicated In the schedule. If the deadline for the filing of application falls on legal or regular holidays and non-working holidays, the deadline shall be on the immediately succeeding working day.
No changes in schedule may be made without prior approval by the Commission. The Professional Regulatory Boards are further advised that their duties and responsibilities pertaining to the conduct of the licensure examinations shall take precedence over all their other functions. As such, they are strictly enjoined to observe the schedule of activities,as shown In the above matrix.
