MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through a post announced that the results of the September 2015 Special Professional Licensure Board Exam (SPLBE) for Mechanical Engineering (ME) conducted in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia are not valid.
