ABELE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the December 2025 Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam (CELE) results today, December 11, 2025. This schedule aligns with PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, which specifies target release dates for licensure exam results.
PRC announced that 1,475 out of 2,494 (59.06%) examinees successfully passed the December 2025 ABELE.
The official results of the Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering Board exam include the complete list of passers, topnotchers, and top-performing schools, a summary of schools’ performance, and the registration and oath-taking dates.
The Agriculture and Biosystems Engineer licensure exams were conducted on December 4-5, 2025, at testing locations in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao. The Board of Agricultural Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Ariodear C. Rico and members, Engr. Sherwin O. Valdez and Engr. Caesar Joventino M. Tado.

Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Registered Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: January 12, 2026
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The ABELE ratings and test results will be verified online within a few days of posting.
Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.
As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
Online registration will close five calendar days before the online oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
