MANILA, Philippines – Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced June 2016 the opening of commission’s service centers at selected Robinson’s Malls.
After a month, PRC already opened the service kiosks at Robinson’s Galleria and Robinson’s Place Manila. The offices started its operations on July 14, 2016.

- Robinson’s Place Manila: 3rd level, lower food court, open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Robinson’s Galleria: west basement, open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
To secure appointment at Robinson’s Malls for licensure exams and license renewal, applicants must fill out the online application form for licensure examination.
how long does it take to renew PRC license in Robinsons Galleria?
Hi. Mine took less than hour when i renewed my license. It probably depends on the number of people who are availing prc's services at a time.
I passed by the PRC Office in Galleria today at around 1:00PM as I just renewed my driver's license in the LTO Office nearby (which took a mere 15 minutes, but no ID card issued, yawn). The PRC had an unbelievably long queue, my actual appointment is tomorrow afternoon but I'm now in tears imagining my misery. Only in the Philippines.
