REELE RESULTS August 2025: Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam Exam Passers

REELE RESULTS 2025 – The August 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Electrical Engineering in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 1,240 out of 3,186 (38.92%) successfully passed the August 2025 REELE.

The Registered Electrical Engineering board exams were conducted on August 18-19, 2025, at PRC testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Electrical Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Francis V. Mapile and its member, Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the results of the August 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam will be released on August 28, 2025.

However, the release of REELE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the April 2025 REELE, results were released after three (3) working days. Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Registered Electrical Engineers’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

• Date(s) of Registration: Starting September 29, 2025

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The online access to verify Electrical Engineering licensure exam ratings and test results will be available shortly after the results are posted.

All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.

To initiate the verification process, candidates who have passed the exam must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Previous Exams

The REE board exam is one of the programs with an average number of examinees conducted by the PRC.

In the most recent REELE held in April 2025, 4,137 out of 6,741 (61.37%) examinees passed. Kimberly Rose Dalay Capiral from Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sto. Tomas ranked first in the exams, having a 93.00% rating, followed by Mustafa Ali from Rizal Technological University, with 92.85%.

In the August 2024 exams, 1,655 out of 3,058 examinees passed. Christopher Regine Brodith Maranga from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 93.20%, followed by Tomas Cabauatan Casauay Jr. from Cagayan State University – Tuguegarao, with a rating of 92.60%. The University of the Philippines – Los Baños was the top-performing school, having a 100.00% passing rate.
