RESULTS: January-February 2022 Sanitary Engineer Board Exam Passers

MANILA, Philippines (Released February 7, 2022) – The January-February 2022 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Exam SELE/ LESE results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees and overall performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Sanitary Engineering in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.

As announced, 89 out of 177 examinees passed the exams.

The Sanitary Engineering licensure exam was conducted on January 31, 2022 and February 1-2, 2022 at PRC testing center located at the National Capital Region. The Board of Sanitary Engineering is headed by Engr. Corazon Delos Reyes-Romero, Chairman and its members, Engr. Alfredo B. Espino and Engr. Florimond M. Larante.

SELE 2022 Updates

January 2022: Sanitary Engineering board exam results SELE 2022 are expected to be released by first week of February 2022. Stand by for developments.

Release of Results

Referring to the results of the previous Sanitary Engineering licensure exams, taking into consideration the restrictions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and the estimated target release date stated in the PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2022“, the Sanitary Engineer board exam results are estimated to be released in 3-5 working days or longer, after the last day of board exams. Stand by from February 5-7, 2022.

PRC may also release the Sanitary Engineering board results for January-February 2022 earlier or later than the estimated date without prior notice.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Sanitary Engineers will be from March 9 to March 10, 2022.

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope

PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The verification of ratings and test results for the sanitary engineer licensure exams given by PRC Board of Sanitary Engineering will be available online few working days after the posting of results.

Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.

As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

Due to the pandemic, the oathtaking ceremony for the newly licensed Sanitary Engineers will be done online, now referred as the “e-oath”. The application system for the e-oath can be accessed online via PRC dedicated portal via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and  select “e-OATH” as transaction.

Inductees are required to print “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.

Sanitary Engineer Board Exam Summary (Stats)

Sanitary Engineer licensure exam is one of the programs with less number of examinees conducted by PRC.

The most recent Sanitary Engineer board exam was held on August 2021. During these exams, 112 out of 189 examinees passed. Delwin Tan Yu from National Unviersity – Manila ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 83.87% followed by Raheemah Acosta Gomez from Mapua University – Manila having 82.30%. Batangas State University – Alangilan was the top performing school having an overall passing rate of 84.31%.

In the same exams held on January 2021, 48 out of 86 (55.81%) examinees passed. Mapua University – Manila was the top performing school having an overall passing rate of 87.50%.
