RMELE RESULTS August 2025: Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam Passers

RMELE RESULTS 2025 – The August 2025 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Electrical Engineering in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 570 out of 814 (70.02%) successfully passed the August 2025 RMELE.

The Registered Master Electrician board exams were conducted on August 20, 2025, at PRC testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Electrical Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Francis V. Mapile and its member, Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the August 2025 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam results will be released on August 28, 2025.

However, the release of RMELE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the April 2025 RMELE, results were released after three (3) working days. Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Registered Master Electricians’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
  4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
  5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The online access to verify Electrical Engineering licensure exam ratings and test results will be available within a few days of the results being posted.

All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.

To initiate the verification process, candidates who have passed the exam must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

  • Technical Subjects (Basic Electricity, RA 7920, Tools, Test Equipment, Electrical Measurements, Lighting, Wirings and Materials, Fuses, Breakers, Switches, Motors, Starters, Generators, Transformers, Operation, Working Principles, Maintenance, Transmission and Distribution Lines, Substation, Ohm’s Law and others)
  • Philippine Electrical Code Parts 1 & 2 (General  Installation  Requirements, Wiring Methods and Materials, Wiring Devices, Tools and Techniques, Wiring Ampacity and Protection, Equipment for General Use, Special Occupancies, Special Equipment, Special Conditions, Lighting and Wiring, Motor, and Generator Wiring Connections, Communications and Signaling Wiring, Electrical Safety, and others)

Previous Exams

The RME board exam is one of the programs with an average number of examinees conducted by the PRC.

During the most recent RMELE held in April 2025, 668 out of 977 (68.37%) examinees successfully passed the exams. Jesse Villalon Castro from the Secondary School ranked first in the exams, garnering 84.00% followed by Roy Germy Corciega Calamba from Bohol Island State University – Calape and Gaudencio Ramos Jurado III from Western Institute of Technology, having 83.50%.

In August 2024, 335 out of 834 examinees hurdled the licensure exams. Jaypee Gernalin Francisco from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology-Cabanatuan ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 91.00%, followed by Janine Nudo Borja from Southern Luzon State University – Lucban, with 89.50%. Technological Institute of the Philippines – Manila was the top-performing school, with 90.91%.
