ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: June 2024 Architect Licensure Exam (ALE)

ALE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2024 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the list of room assignments for the June 2024 Architecture Licensure Exam (ALE) a few days before the exams.

The June 2024 Architect licensure exams will be conducted on June 11 & 13, 2024, at PRC testing centers located at Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

The Board of Architecture is led by Chairman Robert S. Sac and the members Robert M. Mirafuente and Corazon V. Fabia-Tandoc.

Examinees are advised to verify the room assignments through the links below or the notices and announcements posted on the PRC official website. Here is the list of room assignments for the June 2024 Architecture licensure exams.

Examinees shall report before 5:30 AM on the said date, as latecomers will not be admitted.

What do you bring on the day of exams?

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

  1. Notice of Admission
  2. Official Receipt
  3. One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
  4. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
  5. Ball pens (black ink only)
  6. One (1) piece long brown envelope
  7. One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)

What to wear on examination day?

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

  • For male examinees, tucked-in white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
  • For female examinees, tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks

What is not allowed during board exams?

  • Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
  • Programmable calculators
  • Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth, and other electronic devices that may be used for communication purposes;
  • Bags of any kind

Special Instructions

On the second day of the examination, every candidate is required to bring the following:

  • Architect scales (English and Metric Scales)
  • 30 x 60 and 45-degree triangles
  • Protractors
  • Calculators with the following features only – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric function, logarithm, and xy.
  • Pencils, drawing pens, erasers, and other tools for sketching purposes
  • Graphing paper (used/unused will be surrendered to the room watcher/s after the conduct of the examination)
  • A printed copy of Rules VII and VIII of 2004 Revised IRR of P.D. No. 1096 or the “1977 National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP)”. The printed copy shall be subject to inspection during the examination. This will be confiscated if any markings are found thereon.
