ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: November 2025 NLE Nurse Licensure Exam

NLE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the list of room assignments for the November 2025 Nurse Licensure Exam a few days before the exams.

The November 2025 Nursing board exams will be conducted on November 4-5, 2025, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.

The Board of Nursing is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Elsie A. Tee, along with its members, Hon. Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Marylou B. Ong, Hon. Merle L. Salvani, Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, and Hon. Carmelita C. Divinagracia.

Examinees shall report before 5:30 in the morning on the said date because latecomers will not be admitted.

What to bring on the day of exams?

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

1. Notice of Admission
2. Official Receipt
3. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
4. Ball pens (black ink only)
5. One (1) piece long brown envelope
6. One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)

What to wear on examination day?

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

• For male examinees, clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks but without nameplate, school insignia/logo, and pin; or school uniform.
• For female examinees, clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks but without nameplate, school insignia/logo, or pin; or school uniform.
• For pregnant females, a white clinical scrub suit.

What is not allowed during board exams?

• Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas.
• Calculators that are programmable or have embedded functions, especially CASIO FX99IES and CASIO FX99IES plus.
• Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, earplugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth, and other electronic devices that may be used for communication purposes.
• Bags of any kind

PRC added that they will not be responsible for any lost personal belongings.
