LLE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the list of room assignments for the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination (LLE) a few days before the exams.
The September 2026 Librarian Licensure Examination will be conducted on September 3-4, 2026, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Important Reminders to Examinees
Examinees should check or verify their school/building assignments through the PRC official website two (2) to three (3) working days before the examination. They should bring their Notice of Admission (NOA) when verifying their school/building assignment and are advised to visit their assigned school/building before examination day.
Examinees must report to their assigned school/building before 6:30 A.M. on the first day of the examination to verify their room and seat number. Examinees are advised to be punctual, as late examinees will not be admitted.
Examinees must carefully read and follow all instructions indicated in their Notice of Admission (NOA) and the official PRC examination program.
What to Bring on the Day of the Exams?
Here are the things examinees should bring during the examination:
- Notice of Admission (NOA)
- Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
- Regular ballpens with BLACK ink only and transparent casing – sign pens, friction pens, and technical pens are not allowed
- One (1) piece long brown envelope
- One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (non-colored) for keeping valuables and other allowed items
- Packed snacks, meals, and necessary medications, including hygiene and sanitary kits, placed in transparent/clear containers or cellophanes
- Sufficient drinking water supply for the day
Food deliveries are not allowed while the examination is in progress. Except for restroom necessities, examinees will not be allowed to leave the examination room during the conduct of the examination.
What to Wear on Examination Day?
PRC requires examinees to wear the prescribed attire every examination day:
- Male examinees – Tucked-in white polo shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark, and decent pants or slacks.
- Female examinees – Tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark, decent pants, slacks, or skirt, with long hair pony-tailed.
What Are Not Allowed During Board Exams?
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination premises/rooms:
- Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data, information, or formulas
- ALL KINDS OF CALCULATOR
- Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, earplugs, Bluetooth devices, transmitters, portable computers, and other electronic gadgets/devices that may be used to store or retrieve data/information and/or communicate for whatever purpose
- Bags of any kind; documents should be placed inside the transparent/plastic envelope
- Other examination aids not specifically stated as allowed in the examination program
The rules on bodily searches, inspection of personal belongings, and seizure/confiscation of prohibited items during the licensure examination shall be strictly observed.
PRC also reminds examinees that personal belongings brought to the examination are at their own risk. PRC will not be responsible for any item or personal belonging that may be lost during the examination without fault or negligence on its part.
Examinees and examination personnel are also encouraged to observe applicable minimum health standards and other internal health policies of the Commission throughout the examination.

Friday, September 4, 2026
8:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. – Cataloging and Classification – 20%
Coverage: Cataloging and Classification.
11:00 A.M. – 1:30 P.M. – Selection and Acquisition – 15%
Coverage: Selection and Acquisition.
2:00 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. – Information Technology – 10%
Coverage: Information Technology.
The six examination subjects have a combined weight of 100%.
When Will the LLE Results Be Released?
According to the Professional Regulation Commission’s schedule of licensure examinations for 2026, the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination results are targeted for release on September 8, 2026.
The target date is two (2) working days after the last day of the examination. However, the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice. Examinees are advised to monitor PRCBoard.com and the PRC official website for the latest announcements regarding the results.
Room Assignment Updates
PRC normally releases room assignments a few days before the scheduled licensure examination, and different PRC regional offices may publish their room assignments separately.
If the room assignment for a particular testing center is not yet available, examinees are advised to check back regularly. This page will be updated once PRC releases additional room assignments for the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
