MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has postponed the February 2021 Licensure Exam for Real Estate Consultants (LEREC) scheduled on March 14, 2021 (Written) and March 15-19, 2021 (Revalida) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The latter has been re-scheduled on July 21, 2021 (Written) and July 22-26, 2021 (Revalida) while the applications will start on April 21, 2021 until June 21, 2021.
The 2021 licensure exams for aspiring Real Estate Consultants will be held at PRC testing centers located at the National Capital Region (NCR).
To quote from the PRC official announcement,
Due to the unpredictable circumstances and continued restrictions brought by the extended community quarantines and to ensure the health and safety of all examinees and examination personnel, the Professional Regulation Commission informs the public that the February 14, 2021 (Written) and February 15-19, 2021 (Revalida) Licensure Examination for Real Estate Consultants (LEREC) has been rescheduled to July 21, 2021 (Written) and July 22-26, 2021 (Revalida).
