SELE RESULTS 2025 – The February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Exam (SELE) results, including the complete board list of passerstop 10 examinees, and overall performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Sanitary Engineering immediately after the computer-based licensure exams.

PRC announced that 138 out of 195 examinees successfully passed the exams.

The Sanitary Engineering board exam was conducted on February 26-28, 2025, at testing centers located at NCR, Davao, and Rosales Pangasinan. The Board of Sanitary Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Corazon Delos Reyes-Romero and its members, Engr. Graciano B. Calayan, Jr. and Engr. Anthony Jerome M. Lara.

Top Performing Schools

Below are the February 2025 Sanitary Engineering licensure exams top-performing schools with 10 or more examinees passed and at least 80% overall passing percentage, as per Commission Resolution No.  2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, courtesy of PRC.

Performance of Schools

The performance of schools for February 2025 Sanitary Engineer licensure exams in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7 (m) or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the newly licensed Sanitary Engineers will be held on these date(s):

  • Date(s) of Registration: Starting April 8, 2025

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
  4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
  5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The Sanitary Engineering licensure exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.

Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.

As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

The three (3) days Sanitary Engineering board exam covered the following topics:

  • Environmental Engineering (20%)
  • Public Health Engineering (15%)
  • Sanitary Science as Applied to Buildings (10%)
  • Civil Engineering (15%)
  • Waste Water Engineering (20%)
  • Water Supply Engineering (20%)

Sanitary Engineering Board Exams Summary (Stats)

The sanitary Engineer licensure exam is one of the programs with fewer examinees conducted by the PRC.

In the most recent SELE held in August 2024, 105 out of 156 examinees passed. Franz Dionisio Santos from National University – Manila ranked first in the exams with a score of 86.93%. He was followed closely by Conrad Matthew Francisco Soriano, also from the same university, who scored 86.23%.

In the February 2024 exams, 216 out of 300 (72.00%) examinees passed. Angelie Jade Jo Alonzo from National University-Manila ranked first in the exams, garnering 84.88%, followed by Pierre James Dumlao Miranda from Mapua University-Manila, with 83.76%. The University of Baguio was the top-performing school, with an 88.89% overall passing rate.

During the January 2023 exams, 198 out of 318 examinees passed. Juslin Philip Sanchez Pulanco ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 86.38% followed by Ben Serafin Rillon Melchor from Mapua University – Manila having 86.38%. National University Manila was the top-performing school, having a 90.91% overall passing rate.
