SWLE RESULTS September 2025: Social Worker Licensure Exam List of Passers

SWLE RESULTS 2025 – The September 2025 Social Worker Licensure Exam (SWLE) results, including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board for social workers in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC announced that 7,334 out of 9,647 (76.02%) successfully passed the September 2025 SWLE. “The results of examination with respect to five (5) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.”

The Social Worker board exam was conducted on September 8-10, 2025, at testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board for Social Workers is led by its Chairman, Hon. Evangeline M. Guinto, and its members, Hon Fe J. Sinsona, Hon. Maria Lyra T. Del Castillo, Hon. Vincent Andrew T. Leyson, and Hon. Jerusa C. Arnante-Homo.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the August 2025 Social Worker Licensure Exam results will be released on September 15, 2025.

However, the release of the Social Worker Board Exam results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the September 2024 SWLE, results were released after three (3) working days. Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Social Workers’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

• Date(s) of Registration: Starting November 11, 2025

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
4. Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
5. One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The online access to verify Social Worker licensure exam ratings and test results will be available within a few days of the results being posted.

All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.

To initiate the verification process, candidates who have passed the exam must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than noon on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Previous SWLE

The Social Worker licensure exam is one of the programs with a huge number of examinees conducted by the PRC.

In the most recent SWLE held in September 2024, 4,587 out of 7,113 (64.49%) examinees passed. Sheena Mae Magdato Obispo from Bicol University – Daraga ranked first in the exams, garnering 87.00%, followed by Maria Angela Balbuena Oriente from University of the Northern Philippines – Vigan, with 86.80%. Bicol University – Daraga and Davao del Norte State College were the top-performing schools with a 100.00% passing rate.

During the September 2023 exams, 3,878 out of 6,833 (56.75%) examinees passed. Patricia Marie Regalado Imperial from the University of the Philippines – Diliman ranked first in the exams, garnering an 88.60% rating, followed by Queenie Anne Cabalfin Umadhay, also from UP Diliman, with 87.20%.
