SWLE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the list of room assignments for the September 2026 Social Workers Licensure Examination (SWLE) a few days before the exams.

The September 2026 Social Workers Licensure Examination will be conducted on September 9-11, 2026, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

The Professional Regulatory Board of Social Work is headed by its Chairperson, Evangeline M. Guinto.

Important Reminders to Examinees

Examinees are advised to check or verify their school/building assignments through the PRC official website or through the notices and announcements posted at PRC premises two (2) to three (3) working days before the examination. Bring your Notice of Admission (NOA) when verifying your school/building assignment and visit the assigned school/building before examination day.

On the first day of the examination, examinees must report to their assigned school/building before 6:30 a.m. to verify their room and seat numbers. Examinees must be punctual, as late examinees will not be admitted.

Examinees should also carefully read and follow all instructions indicated on their Notice of Admission.

What to Bring on the Day of the Exams?

Examinees must bring the following:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA)
2. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
3. Ball pens with black ink only
4. One (1) piece long brown envelope
5. One (1) piece long transparent, non-colored envelope for keeping valuables and other allowed items
6. Packed snacks, meals, and necessary medications, including hygiene and sanitary kits, placed in transparent/clear containers or cellophanes
7. Sufficient drinking water supply for the day

Food delivery or distribution to examinees during the examination will not be allowed. Except for restroom needs, examinees will not be allowed to leave the examination room during the examination.

What to Wear on Examination Day?

PRC requires examinees to wear the following attire every examination day:

• Male examinees – White polo shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark, and decent pants or slacks
• Female examinees – White blouse or shirt with collar without any seal, logo, or mark, and decent pants, slacks, or skirts

What are Not Allowed During Board Exams?

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination premises:

• Books, notes, review materials, and other materials containing coded data, information, or formulas
• All kinds of calculators
• Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches
• Smart eyeglasses, including Ray-Ban Prescriptive Meta AI eyeglasses
• Cellular phones
• Earplugs
• Transmitters
• Portable computers
• Bluetooth devices
• Other electronic gadgets or devices that may be used to retrieve data or information and/or communicate for whatever purpose
• Bags of any kind, including ladies’ bags, shoulder bags, attaché cases, and backpacks
• Other examination aids not specifically allowed in the examination program

The rules on bodily search, inspection of personal belongings, and seizure or confiscation of prohibited items under PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, Series of 2020, shall be strictly observed.

PRC also reminds examinees that personal belongings brought to the examination are at their own risk. The Commission will not be liable for any items or personal belongings lost during the examination, whether due to its fault or negligence.

Examinees and examination personnel are also encouraged to observe the applicable minimum health standards throughout the examination.

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Social Work Practice III with Field Instruction III (Communities) – 20%

When Will the SWLE Results Be Released?

According to the PRC’s official 2026 Schedule of Licensure Examinations, the target release date for the September 2026 Social Workers Licensure Examination results is September 16, 2026.

The target date is three (3) working days after the last day of the examination. However, examination results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.

Room Assignment Updates

PRC normally releases room assignments a few days before the scheduled examination. Since room assignments may be published separately by the different PRC Regional Offices, some testing centers may have their assignments available earlier than others.

Examinees are advised to check this page regularly for updates. Links to the official PRC room assignment PDFs will be added once they become available.
